We called Briley and she came to collect Tiger on the day we called - which was a relief. She explained her services and the process, and then a couple weeks later arranged to bring him home on a day that worked for us. We were very touched by the package that his cremains came in, with sweet imprints of his paw and nose. These provided me with unexpected comfort. Briley's services really made a difference when we were/are grieving the loss of a cherished pet and companion. I highly recommend her.

When I was planning his cremation, the one thing I was afraid of is that the the facility will feel like hospital garbage disposal. He was my best friend and I wanted this grim process to be at least dignified. To my relief, with Briley I got just that - a peaceful, clean place outside the city to say goodbye. Absolutely worth the hour-long drive. It was quiet out there. The building was a large barn-like structure with a big cremation unit in the middle of a very large space. The unit was made of stone with a steel door... Clean and solid. I felt like I did right by him... It has taken me a while to write this review, and it's still difficult even now, but I just want everyone to know that if this process is important to you, Briley is the way to go. I got lucky that in my grief I somehow managed to stumble down the right path. Thank you, Briley. And thank you for his nose print.. I had no idea how much it was going to mean to me to have it.

Oliver had passed away that morning at our house and I was able to book a same day pick up. His communication and process went very smooth and I appreciated his patience and kind, caring words throughout the week. Oliver was picked up in a beautiful wicker basket with fresh flowers and brought back to us in the urn we picked out with his name added to everything. It all turned out so personalized, so beautiful and I am so very thankful. Thank you!

I originally called Stardust at the number on the website, but it went to voicemail. The voicemail mentioned sending a text, and that is truly an ideal communication style when you are close to tears at any moment. After texting the same number, Oscar, the owner, immediately texted back. He provided clear communication that was informative and helpful, but in caring and empathetic way. He was also willing to work his schedule to accommodate mine, which was appreciated. All of my communication with Oscar occurred over text with the exception on picking Bellatrix up and then bringing her back. Is Oscar as amazing in person as he is via text? Yes!!! He exudes empathy and kindness. It is evident that he really cares about the work that he is doing. In addition to great communication and stellar customer service, Oscar's care and compassion were truly personified in the final presentation of my cat. A custom wooden tag was made for Bellatrix's urn. Along with her urn, I was provided with a paw print, a vial of her fur, a vial of whiskers, and a sweet bunch of real flowers. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The receptionist reassured us they trusted this service and that my boy, whom I loved for 16 years, would have a private solo cremation which I very much demanded for. Many vets in town use their service, and it was going to cost an extra $65 for picking up her body and returning her cremains so I took her out myself. The staff there is extremely kind. I got to spend extra time with her in a mourning room. I was offered getting a lock of her hair and a paw print if I wanted, but I declined. I was told that I would probably be able to pick her up the following week I received a call about two days later. Her crews were presented to me in a beautiful satin blue bag. The ground was still too hard, so she is sitting on my altar, and though it has rained and the ground is soft enough to dig, the time is not right to say my total goodbye yet. I highly recommend Fond Memories.

From beginning to the end, the customer service was superb and professional. I would highly recommend this business and work with Morgan (if you can) to get your pet processed as she had amazing customer service (more on that later). Once your pet passes or if you know its almost their time, you can call Heavenly Paws to do a service order intake or you can simply fill out the form online. It's pretty straight forward to populate. I opted to have them pick up my pet from my home (there is a fee), but you also have the option of dropping them off or meeting up at the local vet/pet hospitals for pick up. Please note: Heavenly Paws does not do the euthanasia, go to your vet if you choose this route. They were very respectful pickings up your pet and they also use a coin tagging system to ensure through and through that your pet is processed altogether. I opted to pick up my pet from Heavenly Paws and the service was completed as promised (typical 3-4 week lead time). I was met with the utmost professionalism and great customer service by Morgan. She was so patient and informative. She broke down the whole cremation process and explained every detail. It made me at ease knowing they put forth the best respect to your pet and their service. Kudos to her for making this process very seamless! If you wish to commemorate your loved one, Heavenly paws is the place to go. They are timely, sensitive, and respectful to your needs and you can tell and feel that they genuinely care! Thank you Morgan and the team st Heavenly Paws for making this process so special!
