I was recommended by Mary one of Justin friend to get my HVAC done these guys claims to be professional but I have contacted Justin directly and no response I have reached out to the office and was told they currently stopped operation by Katrina. When Justin wanted the job he was relentless to get the job but when he got payment his demeanor changed. They've blocked my calls/text and emails. Regardless they should remain professional because he have contract deals with Jimmy John's and other big name stores I thought he would keep it professional by responding because this is not how you handle business. I spoke to Katrina Laconse and told me she would get me a invoice to the work they did on my property and did not tried calling their office and no response. Justin said he would get someone to finish up the work and still till this day no one has called me. The value is great if you love headache and stress by trying to get them to complete the job. I found out the hard way everyone claims they are a professional and that they would never do a customer wrong. Turns out there's a leak and Ryan and Justin didn't finish their jobs. Not only that, they even blocked my number! This is no way of professionalism at all. I paid for service and this is how the company runs and not living up to any warranty or standards. read more

Justin from DR COOL did an AMAZING job fixing our refrigerator at our family's cafe!!! The refrigerator had a broken compressor which needed to be replaced. We had originally asked another company if the fridge could be repaired, but sadly were told it would be very expensive, time consuming, and not worth the fix. However, Justin fixed our fridge in a few hours and priced his services very reasonably. Not only that, he went above and beyond with helping to fix the lighting of our pastries display fridge by bypassing the switch mechanism on the fridge. We had 4 other repairmen look at the refrigerator who believed it couldn't be fixed and Justin was the first person to fix it in a few minutes! He was very pleasant and humble to work with.
