Best Carpet Cleaning EVER!! I have had my carpets and upholstery cleaned several times in different homes I have lived in by many companies over the years but Dr Carpet is in a class of its own. Richard did an amazing job! I had my carpets cleaned twice already ( I have 2 dogs and teens) this year by two different companies, neither of which could get difficult stains out. However, Dr Carpet was able to make the stains vanish. Richard was on time, very meticulous and had great products that other companies dont seem to have. I would rate Dr. Carpet, specifically "Dr. Duct Cleaning" as "10-Stars" if I could. I had a major problem with a broken DIY big box store's duct cleaning brush head and 4-foot length of flexible rod stuck in my dryer duct...which is an "under-slab foundation" duct that runs 16 feet from my interior laundry room to the outside vent. Technician Richard was friendly and a total professional. Richard was tenacious and successful - he not only retrieved the brush head and 4-foot length of rod that was stuck 14 feet from the outside vent under ground, but he also cleaned out what must have been 20 years of lint - a solid, multi-piece snake of compacted lint that was 14 feet in total length. I doubt that the previous owner of our home ever had the vent duct cleaned for the 20 years they lived in the home. Our dryer is running smooth and happy now, and we have returned to short dry times, instead of many 45 minute "do overs" that usually totaled 2 hours per load most recently. I highly recommend Dr. Duct for cleaning your dryer vent duct, and my advice is to do it every one to two years to ensure smooth operation, and to minimize a risk of fire. How we never had a fire, I don't know. read more
