Three weeks post op and truly a 100 out of 10 experience…read more I had the BEST experience at Ciaravino Total Beauty. After going to at least six consults over the years and doing so much research, I chose Dr. Mohan and it was the best decision I could have made. The office is gorgeous but the people are what truly made it special. Dr. Mohan was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable. I was so nervous for my pre op, literally shaking, and she and Amara made me feel calm and cared for. I cannot rave enough about McKenzie, Gretchen, Madalyn, and everyone else who helped me through this process. We were so well taken care of from start to finish. Melanie was amazing too. I got a peel and my skin looks incredible. I wish they were located in Scottsdale because I would be a regular. And the results. I am overwhelmed with happiness. The sizing is perfect, completely perfect for my body, and exactly what I hoped for but did not know how to explain. Dr. Mohan understood my vision and delivered it better than I could have imagined. She also made the incisions incredibly fine and precise. They are already healing beautifully and look so delicate that I know they will be barely noticeable. This place is the BEST. I will never go anywhere else for my boobs. **Photos to come

It is one of the best, most seamless experiences I've seen. Our 5th floor visit went extremely well. From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The 2nd floor visit was a bit different. At check-in, the young man appeared to be disengaged or bothered which is the person that checked us in and the young lady sitting next to him was preoccupied with her cell phone. While some may not notice, it was clear: head down, hands moving, and unaware that patient standing right in front of them. This comes across as disrespectful. A simple shift - putting phones away and being present - would make a significant difference. Aside from that, the care and service on the 2nd floor matched the excellence of the 5th floor. Overall, this is a great team of people and kudos to the hiring manager for building such a strong group. Sincerely E. L. Usher & Daughter Eva Alcorn

We had a little bit of a wait, but with as many patients as we saw in the waiting room, it really wasn't bad. The ladies in the front had everything running like a well oiled machine and with me filling out paperwork ahead of time and also being able to pay in advance, we had no clipboard full of papers to go over and we didn't have to show anything other than our ID. Once in the room, Dr. Gary Brock came in and was friendly. He immediately introduced himself to me and my husband and then tried to interact with my toddler who just wasn't having it. That's no fault of Dr. Brock... he's just a two year old who doesn't like being in one spot longer than 32.7 seconds lol. Dr. Brock DID manage to get a high five and as he was looking at my son's legs and hips, he was talking to us about what he was looking for and what he saw. He was also being as playful as my little guy would allow in his annoyance of not being on the run. My husband went with my son to get a couple x-rays and just about the time I thought we'd be doing some more waiting, Dr. Brock was already back with copies of the X-rays telling us everything looked good. He made sure that we got his card with his personal number on it and encouraged us to send him any videos of our son walking/running if we saw something that didn't look/feel right. He said he didn't want us to have to bother making an appointment and coming all the way to the office if he could help us over a text or call. Even though our initial wait was longer than a two year-old would prefer, we spent a grand total of 1.5 hours from the time we got our parking garage ticket to the time we were back in the car. Not bad for seeing a specialist on a busy Thursday.

Dr Sato Review From…read morethe moment I met Dr. Erika Sato I knew she was the surgeon for me. I had done extensive research over the years on tummy tucks and had consulted with a few other surgeons previously... but not one came close to making me feel 100% comfortable as she did. Dr. Sato is real and transparent; beautifully blunt, as I like to call it. She probes you to ask questions and gives you answers questions you didn't even know you had. When she says "Ok, what else..." you know that she wants to give you all of the knowledge you need or desire before surgery. I respected that immensely then and throughout these first 6 weeks of recovery. Her bedside manner is outstanding and her nursing staff is incredible (special kudos to Savannah at My Houston Surgeons). If I email her directly or text a question during recovery, she answers almost immediately. This is so important during recovery for support and ease of mind, especially the first two weeks. Dr. Sato has been very accurate in the projected recovery timeline, as you go through the many phases. She's always there to reassure you that bloating is normal, or to address any concern with scar healing/medications. I had lost over 70lbs over the years and wanted to be able to see my hard work, but could not with the extra skin I had. I lift and workout 6 days a week for YEARS, with a coach... I had tried CoolSculpting earlier this year with minimal results, because you cannot remove skin. Dr. Sato made it possible for me to have my "dream body" that I've worked for 12 years for, and for that, I will be forever grateful. What I had done: Full tummy tuck, liposuction to the upper and lower abs and mons with fat grafting to my boobs (230CCs each). I believe 15 sq in of skin was removed. These photos are one week PRE-OP and 6 weeks POST-OP. I look forward to my next follow ups and to see the new changes every week for the next few months of recovery. I could not have asked for a better surgeon and experience and will refer anyone and everyone considering plastic surgery to Dr. Sato.

It has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!…read more I just turned 42 years old, and it seemed like I had been defeated by this medical anomaly and reminded of it daily--Gynecomastia. As I sat back in my office three days after my birthday, I decided that was it; it was time to put an end to the frustration, the self-consciousness and barrier to a better quality of life. I had done the hard work, 4am workouts, plant-based diet, no booze or smoke; all it did was make the problem more pronounced. On that Monday I continued previous research for the surgeon that would best fit me. I found two: one of them Dr. Vitenas; the other, well that doesn't matter now. In inquired online. That morning, I got a call from the heavens, it seems; it was Javier. After telling him my story, he empathized and asked for some photos so that he could consult with Dr. Vitenas. I did and he did, because he asked me to come in that afternoon for a consultation with Dr. Vitenas. I had vacation planned and that fell through so the timing was perfect; as if the seas had opened up-- but it gets better. I arrive at the state-of-the-art facility which houses Dr. Vitenas operating room (OR) (let me tell you that OR is top notch!). The details matter, especially with any medical procedure where sharp objects are involved. The details are evident as I was greeted (first my Melanie on the 1st fl. Beauty Boutique) by Gary, who knew who I was and what I was there for. I finally met Javier in person and he seemed just as excited for me as I was to potentially get this procedure done. He informed me that some magic might have been a brewing because a cancellation had just come in. I met with Dr. Vitenas and without words, he seemed to already know the struggle I was living with and how he could help make this a turning point in my life. I was all-in. I discussed details with Javier and he revealed the opportunity of a lifetime; I could have the surgery the next day if I decided to proceed. And you bet I did. Next came the nurse consult with pre and post-op instructions. I met with Courtney who was also excited for me. She appeared youthful, but you could tell she could do this in her sleep, so the trust carried through to the staff I met that day. This is crucial because I must believe that I will be able to get back to work in a timely manner-- no work no pay in my profession. Fast forward-- I followed the instructions, got the surgery and I was back at work 2 days later and full tilt at the gym 3 weeks after. I left the tape on for that long and wore compression all day and night, I rested, ate well and I could not be more satisfied with the results. Dr. V is a pro. He cares about his product, and he most certainly delivers. If you're looking for surgeon who treats your results as a reflection of his work and passion, Dr Vitenas is your guy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience at Sky Life Recovery House was completely…read moreunacceptable and, in my opinion, unsafe. The care I received did not align with what was advertised on the website or included in my invoice. There were multiple basic supplies missing throughout my stay, including gauze pads, alcohol wipes, functioning medical equipment, and other items specifically listed as part of the "all inclusive" package. I also did not receive amenities that were advertised, including the swag bag, peptide/collagen drinks, and other recovery items. The biggest concern was the level of patient care and medication management. Staff repeatedly failed to administer medications correctly or consistently. On one occasion, when I asked for anti-nausea medication after vomiting from severe pain, I was brought the wrong medication entirely. Staff also could not consistently tell me when pain medication had last been administered, which resulted in unnecessary pain and distress during recovery. I was frequently left alone for extended periods of time despite being in a vulnerable post-operative condition. Calls for assistance often went unanswered, vitals were rarely checked unless I specifically asked, and important information such as drain outputs was not consistently recorded. One staff member spent the majority of the time on her phone and would stay in another room rather than monitoring me. During massages, the massage therapist repeatedly had to ask staff to assist me with basic needs such as ice and water. Another serious issue was the communication barrier. One caregiver could not adequately read medication labels or assist with important information relating to my care, which I found extremely concerning for a recovery facility responsible for post-surgical patients. The meals provided were also extremely disappointing. They were bland, repetitive, and lacked variety, which made recovery even more difficult during a time when proper nutrition is important. When I attempted to raise my concerns with the owner, she came to the apartment and screamed at me while standing over me as I lay recovering in a chair. Rather than addressing the issues professionally, I was accused of being racist and rude to staff. I categorically deny this. I have multiple witnesses, including a highly respected massage therapist who attended during my stay, who can attest that my concerns were entirely related to patient care and safety, and that I was never rude or discriminatory toward staff. I attempted to resolve these concerns privately before leaving this review. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply distressing and did not reflect the level of care or professionalism advertised. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid this place at all costs.
