In 2009 I took my daughter to the Fondren Orthopedic Group at an office in Webster. Now I am here at the Texas Orthopedic Hospital with the Fondren Group. The best, BEST! Thank you Dr. Goytia, Emily, Angelica, TiTi, Louis, Zach, Sarah, Tatia, Benu, O'Dwyer & more!

Dr Loncarich's business card. A real pro!

Left to cool my heels waiting for one of their doctors for 90 minutes. I left and won't be back.

They have the small coke machine that has all of the options, even sparkling water. As a guest of an overnight patient, I was given a meal ticket for one meal which includes one entree, two sides, a fountain drink, and a dessert. It was pretty good. Dr. Goytia is the best around for anterior total hip replacement. Great bedside manner and to the point. Great communication. Family liaison Emily has been here over 25 years, that shows something! She loves her job and the families she helps everyday. All of the nurses are great: Kourtnee, Maria, Joan, Stephanie, & more. Respiratory therapists Sidia & Allan. OT Brian. So many to mention. Don't forget to visit the Bones Bistro on the 5th floor. They have a "cafe" sitting area and a patio for fresh air.

They have a Starbucks on the 5th floor, which is nice and a cafeteria on the 1st floor. Lovely place.

Apparently I checked in via text for 0915. I made a mistake! My brain was determined the appointment was 0930. I WAS there at 0930. But I obviously made a mistake. Thing is. The horrible person that checked me in was so rude about it. Called me out in it three times out loud with a super rude tone. It is already bad enough with masks covering your face. And her rudeness set me off...wait on it. She offered for me to wait in the waiting room for the morning appointments to clear or to reschedule for the afternoon. I said how long for the morning. She said she didn't know. I asked, when is the last one scheduled. Then I said if you speak condescending to me again and discipline me any kore in front of all of these people.... She said, I'll be right back. Then she came back and told me to have a set and someone would be right there with me. Now, the PUNISHMENT continues. Like a kid sitting in time out. This is the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. She has given the others an Orange "covid" slip of paper in order to go back to the doctor. But me...nope. I sit here in the waiting room writing my review. Unbelievable rude treatment. So now I have been sitting here for 30 minutes. I have no clue what I am waiting on...the principal I think. I had three stars. But they keep going down. Updating....while sitting in time out I emailed the hospital. I was surprised that a rep actually read my email so quickly and actually called me. Her awesome name was Rebal. Amd she contacted the business manager who then called me back and spoke to me. She was awesome. I told her I have been patiently waiting in timeout for 55 min and was told nothing. She promised me that some retraining would be done Due to the lack of professionalism. Reviews came up for Rebal and office manager. Kudos to them for saving the day.

Wait times & experience : first time here we came with X-rays from urgent care and they said they needed to do more, come to find out they needed to do more because they were taking X-rays on a different ( wrong ) part of the body, this increased our wait time by 1 hour- since this was a child I wasn't SUPER happy about that, they blamed it on miscommunication between the admin and nurses. Offerings : they seem behind on the times. Everyone seems to offer waterproof casting but apparently they do not which is a huge disappointment. On a positive note, you can get in quickly to be seen.

Just recently I had to have a tendon repaired by Dr. Lintner and his PA Hieu. The surgery went smoothly and they are very responsive about my recovery. Using the Methodist patient portal makes getting in contact with them SUPER easy. Usually they respond within the day if not the next. All the staff here are amazing. The front door ladies are always smiling and the Physical Therapy team is second to none. If you have anything requiring and Ortho, this should be your first and only stop. Rock solid 5 stars.

I had the complication of an allergic reaction to the surgical dressing. The surgery was on November 29th it was not until Dec 7th that I was allowed to see anyone at this clinic to determine what the complication was. There was an itching stinging blistering rash under the bandage spreading over the leg which increased my pain level. I made constant calls to the clinic to try to get assistance and left voice messages. They would not return the calls. Because I am in a skill nursing facility the emergency center phone number on this clinic's number - it says press 0 - would not call my doctor or an ambulance for further assistance they said there was a process the facility would follow and I explained they would not finally a person there set an appointment with me for a physician assistant and I saw them yesterday. All others kept saying you have an appointment on the 14th they didn't care that the surgical area was infected as I thought it was. So this clinic only offers regular follow-up care they offer no follow-up care for complications or emergencies of any kind.
