One of the best doctors I've had! Listens, hears you and then does what is needed. His staff is just as great.

So, this location is awesome. I've been in the hospital for 5 days and continuing. My experience…read morehas been exceptional. The kitchen staff is incredible. Catalina is a great cook and very sweet. She cooked for my hubby and he was thoroughly impressed!! Terry is also a fabulous cook--great food! There is another young lady but for the life of me I can't remember her name. She's a cute black woman that brings the food around. She used to dye her hair colorfully and it was beautiful. The hospital requires her to not color her hair pretty colors or wear colored wigs for professional reasons. Hey, St. Luke's administration: I understand your professional standards but we like people we relate to. If she had come in my room with pink hair, like me, I would have been so excited--more so!! She has a beautiful attitude! Anyway, I digress I've been in several hospitals around the world and the country over the years. The nursing staff is incredible. I would put them all up for a Daisy award if I could!! The kitchen is tasty for a hospital. I had bbq pulled pork the other night and it was so good, so, so good!! I wanted more!! Oh, the stuffed shells--muah!! So good! The bad thing--if your doctor doesn't update your diet you're screwed. I haven't eaten food in two days, doc took me off liquid diet but the kitchen didn't know and now the kitchen is closed to I don't get to eat. I'm a barriactric patient and should be getting protein and I'm not. So now I'll sit in hunger until later this evening. (Updating for your meds too) Don't base your opinion on one doctor or one nurse. I've seen negative reviews, some deserved but some--not so much. I had one doctor out of the 5 doctors I knew of on my case, only one that was bad--I had him removed from my case for blatantly lying, not only to my face but to the administration. I had multiple nurses, and not one of them was bad!! I'm on North 4. Jorge R, is an overnight nurse- INCREDIBLE young man. So caring, compassionate and smart--he could do training on bedside manner. To top it off, he loves his job and it shows!! I think St Luke's should pay for him to go to school to be a doctor if he wants, he's that good!! A great investment. Thanks to the nursing staff, the doctors and the kitchen staff--incredible team of people!! I didn't have to deal with one crappy attitude!! (Just one doc with a superiority complex) God bless

Basically, you're seen, treated for symptoms, prescribed meds and released. No thorough exams, in depth explanation of labs or professionalism! I brought my spouse on November 2. We returned on Monday and then again on Thursday the treatment was simply poor! Is the new goal to get you in and out so they can have beds for other patients? This location does not strive for patient excellence. DO NOT come here please. We ended up back at the ER Friday. Thankfully, we went to St. Luke's Lakeside in The Woodlands. They don't play around. Everyone was professional, labs, EKG, heart monitor! They were very thorough! As a matter of fact, the PA advised my spouse would be admitted due to the number of visits to the ER. I was more than satisfied! Admitted Friday, diagnosed Saturday and will be discharged today, Sunday! I'm definitely satisfied.

A few of…read morethe nurses were great and majority of CNAs were wonderful however again severely understaffed. The therapy team were kind except the head guy. He was flippant and ignored the fact my loved one needed speech therapy for swallowing even though we chose this location for this specific need. No one ever did speech therapy the 23 days my loved one was there which made his swallow issues worsen and lose weight due to lack of eating. The head of nursing was rude and ignored concerns. My loved one failed swallow testing and still she was covering for the nurse one day and brought my loved one pills to swallow and one got stuck and after that he refused to eat or drink even though we had started to make progress. My loved one ended up with a pretty severe uti due to lack of changing him and I had to push for testing to prove this was going on. They were dehydrating him significantly with 3 different types of stool softeners. We had to request Iv hydration due to how dehydrated he was. My loved one ended up with bruises on his toes from pushing against the bed as they are horrible cheap beds that aren't long enough for taller residents. If you are considering this facility go on the weekends. The place reeks of urine and fecal matter because the one wonderful cleaner they have doesn't work weekends. Also, request a camera in the room so you can verify care for your loved one no matter what facility you choose. My loved one was never taken out of his room to socialize or take to the lunch room. He was left in his room alone. Getting older is hard. Our loved ones deserve respect, nurturing and healing. Do better.

Most of my adult life I have been seeing chiropractors; finding a good one where ever I lived. A…read moreJersey girl living in Houston now. It had been almost 20 years since I saw a chiropractor. I had no idea where to start to find one I would trust in an area as huge as Houston. Bear with me, I'll try not to make it too long. When we moved more toward the 249/Louetta area, someone told me "Nextdoor" and I became a member. There, I saw that neighbors sought recommendations for various services, etc., so I inquired since I began to have quite low back pain I had not experienced before and on-going, never ending sciatica(I thought) sever pain/problems on one side, especially. I'm 66(yikes! now; going on 25 within, lol). My regular doctor said I must adjust my lifestyle, I'm getting older, and gave me meds for pain. My "lifestyle" is not super active; active in terms of yard work, though! At home and our weekend place further North. I still work full time and I do sit most of the day. = ( A chiro. I went to once in my work building, over a year ago made one (feeble) adjustment and gave me stretches to do. And basically did not want to see me again until I took care of the pain with the stretches (!) But those stretches were not helping. And the pain in the one leg could be excruciating at night trying to sleep, yes, excruciating! Some of the pain was sciatica, but not the only source. I agree with the reviews here - lovely office and staff, hands down. Dr. Dan listened to all I had to express. Being prone to anxiety, I had to get it all out, lol! He listened to everything patiently. Dr. Dan has a healing 'aura' about him. He believes in chiropractic and trusts what he has learned and does. Basically, I've been a 'mess' for quite a while, lol. My hips have been more like an empty see-saw, me sitting on one end, on the ground, and the top empty if you know what I mean. Sorry, that's the visual I just had. As with other reviewers, after the first visit, twice a week for two more weeks recommended. Second adjustment 8/21: low back pain gone and right back of hip pain gone. Today, 8/23, a.m. adjustment. Low back still no pain. My very bad right side back of hip(which triggers the sciatica - I think, lol), just a twinge today. I have only gone to Dr Dan 3 times! I could say I'm at a loss for words....but once this introvert starts writing...well. There is NO doubt I will stay with Dr. Daniel Dannug.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! Where do I…read morebegin? I will start with the location. The location listed on maps and your actual location are not the same. This causes late arrivals etc for patients, especially new ones! The receptionist has no office/front desk etiquette whatsoever. The so called "nurse" that saw me to the back, she had NO IDEA what she was doing. Proof? She stated it at least 4 times while conducting my x-ray. Which brings me to my next topic, my x-ray! What kind of establishment is this? Your nurse DID NOT COVER MY BODY WITH THE LEAD SHIELD/APRON! I am 34 years old and still at child bearing age, you could have quite possibly damaged my eggs!! She repeatedly told me she did not know how to work the machine, she didn't know when to start the x-ray, she didn't know why the images were showing up the way they were (all of which she stated to me!!). The store room was located where the X-Ray machine was, and you all had supplies open and everywhere including sterile tools. When I got to the actual MD, he basically tried to give me steroids and schedule a surgery. That's it, that's all. I honestly am afraid this may have been a scam and my information is at risk. If you're reading this review it's REAL, the other 5 star reviews seem sketchy and not genuine so use discernment. The nurse is not KNOWLEDGEABLE and does NOT FOLLOW PROPER PROTOCOL!
