He wrote an order for a aftercare package of collagen strips and bandages for the wound, and a recumbent bicycle for immediate use after the surgery. The wound was closed with adhesive and the covered with a negative pressure (vacuum) bandage. The scar from the surgery is very minimal which reflects on the time he took closing it and the bandages he ordered. I am now 3 months post surgery and my physical therapists say I am ahead of their average patients in my recovery. The custom 3D device, surgery, bandages, and bike were all done within Medicare guidelines so my cost was very minimal. My son had Dr. Tessier do an ACL procedure on him and recommended him to me. I truly feel I hit the lottery when I chose him!!
