Monday at 5pm, I went in for a pedi. Appears they just remodeled. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. there were 3 males and 1 female working. The female was doing someone's nails. Everyone else was free. I was greeted right away and sat down. They had color books and service menus at the seat. Kenny did my pedi. He was very nice and pleasant. Did not strike up any type of conversation. But asked for clarity exactly what I wanted. Spoke very good English. They are doing a re-opening so everything is 10% off. I noticed when I was paying they have a rewards program once they aren't offering 10% off though. So my purchase today didn't qualify. They do charge a service fee of $2.20 which I get because it costs $ to accept cards. My only qualm was that he left the hot towel lbs on my legs on the entire time he painted my toes so it got cold. And when he removed them he didn't dry my legs at all. So they were wet and I had to pull my pants down over my wet legs. I got the spa pedicure with gel polish. read more

would NOT recommend . tried gel on technicians suggestion. nails started chipping ( nail not just polish) within days. went back two weeks later and had polish removed and now my nails are in awful condition, shortest they have been since I was a child. tech used a grinder to remove polish and I now have cuts deep into nails on four fingers. read more

This salon is great. I particularly enjoyed my mani/pedi with Britney. DQ Nail Spa is new, cleab, bright, cheerful and best of all quality nail work is done with a cheery attitude, something that has been missing from Southwest Fort Wayne nail salons for some time. honestly, very disappointed in the service. The lady who owns the business did my nails and was on her phone the entire time. She barely paid attention to what she was doing. One nail was chipped and she saw it and then proceeded to ignore it. Quite disappointing . read more

Had appointments for pedicures and arrived a few minutes early to check in. We sat and waited while they continued to take walk-ins. The color 2 of the 4 of us chose was a bright green, we left with a yellow. We voiced our opinion of the color and were ignored. To top it off we were charged more than what was on the price list. read more
