This location is trash. They don't even make the blizzards the right way, they forget to add ingredients to their blizzards

Terrible. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday party a week in advance. Before the party I…read morestopped by this location to pick up the cake. I had purchased an 8x8 sheet cake that serves 16 people. Plus we customized the icing/ cake/ ice cream online and paid $40 at the time the order was placed. Upon arrival Baskin Robbins handed me a small single serve pre made frozen Oreo cake and had no explanation as to where the ordered cake. So with just one hour left until the party a friend had to run to another bakery and grab a cake. Baskin Robbins basically stole my money and almost ruined a birthday. Management was not available and no one has called me to apologize nor have I been refunded.

Gossip, gossip, who's got the gossip?…read more Funny, I'd eaten Mexican food down the road earlier, went to Tri-County Mall, and on the way back, I stopped here for the first time. I swore I'd never stop in another Dunkin Donuts/Baskin-Robbins again after being ignored at the last one. However, I hadn't had Pralines and Cream ice cream in five years and I wanted some. As I entered, I could hear people talking, gossiping, near the drive-thru. I heard a couple of friendly voices greet me, and as they moved closer, they looked a bit shocked and smirked at me. (It was probably my hoodie and jacket. 60 degrees F is cold for me. I lived in Florida for 11 years, okay?) Five seconds later, they were back to being friendly. As I asked for one scoop, they asked "Cone or Cup?" and I wasn't sure. It wasn't exactly warm out. When I hesitated, they said that the cones were fresh. "Ummm, okay, aren't they always supposed to be fresh?" I thought to myself. So, I asked for a cone. I have never had a waffle cone. They were still selling sugar cones when I last had one. I'm not sure what they had when I was at the Oviedo, FL store--I never was able to order. One of the ladies mentioned a deal when ordering two scoops, but that's way too much sugar, so I didn't pay attention to it. Looking at the receipt I kept, the scoop of ice cream was $2.29 and the waffle cone was $0.89--so $3.18 for an ice cream cone. I guess next time, I'll ask for the cup, if I'm being cheap. The ice cream was good, and didn't show any signs of thawing and re-freezing, which can be far too common. They were even pleasant to me when I was on my way out.

They are located on the back side of the Bridgewater Falls shopping area. Inside is modern and minimalist, but clean and welcoming. Menu in chalk on the walls, plenty of seating inside, I don't believe there are any seats outside, or maybe just the time of year being cold. The girl behind the counter was very nice and made my drink perfectly. I got their standard milk tea with black teas as the base and with boba of course. The tea itself was sweet, not overly sweet though and the boba's were excellent. Soft, sweet with a hint of honey. The Boba can make or break a boba shop. Living in Los Angeles, there are so many places to choose from, but not all are good, sometimes the boba is off. Milk Jar does the drink perfect as well as the Boba, so I was really happy to find a great spot in Ohio to get boba whenever I come to visit Family. I would recommend you trying them out for their drinks and boba. They also have rolled ice cream and shaved ice, both of which I did not try but looked very good. Enjoy!

They have a great variety of drinks, rolled ice cream, and cereal bowls to choose from. They do offer samples of their teas for you to try. That was nice and it really helped make the decision what to get. The price of the drinks were comparable to other places. The drinks we ordered tasted really good and refreshing. We didn't care for their joke of the day when we were in there. Overall, it's a good place to get boba tea and other refreshing tea or fruit drinks. Maybe one day we will try their rolled ice cream....it sounded good.

House Graeter has endured for more than one hundred and fifty years. Time does not grant such favor…read morelightly, nor does it preserve houses without cause. This one was weighed and allowed to remain. Their frozen cream is sorcery--soft where ice should harden, warming the spirit though born of cold. No matter how long it rests in the deepest keep, it returns whole and unbroken. This bears no relation to the Golden Arch Tavern, where standards are discussed but rarely enforced, and where the ice-cream machine is so often fallen that many believe it legend. I conclude that High King Richard Graeter cannot be merely a man. Such mastery suggests knowledge beyond the common order--mystic arts, dark arts, or something older still. He is kin in spirit to High Wizard Jungle Jim, whose robes and spectacle stand as proof that magic yet walks among us. I favor the hall of House Graeter within the Vale of Spring, though high kings and common folk alike speak highly of Fountain Square, where this house holds court before the realm. The stewards of this house are attentive and gracious, serving with a care that suggests pride rather than obligation--a rarity in this age. Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip bears my seal--balanced and exact. Boldly Bearcat stands as a loyal companion, never the crown, yet always welcome at the table. When Graeter's is set before me, my stomach knows no bounds--and neither should yours. Let it be entered into record: the House of Golden Tongue stands with House Graeter against any foe. 10 out of 10. -The Food Lord, House of Golden Tongue
