Used DPM 2x now to and from SFO from the Peninsula area and they will be my preferred airport transfer service from now on. Their vehicles are super clean. Their drivers are professional, polite, and most importantly - ON TIME. Finally, their rates which includes gratuity are more than fair and affordable. For comparison, DPM charges me $65 from the Peninsula to/from SFO. I have taken the same route with a taxi and was charged $150 and that's without tip!!!! So, there really is no better alternative. read more

My husband and I love these guys. Price-wise they are totally comparable to one of those nasty, beat-up taxi cabs but the experience of starting off our trip in a comfortable town car rwith a courteaous driver eally makes a difference in our travel attitude. The only downside is that they've gotten so popular now that sometimes I can't get a reservation! :-( So, do book your pick-up with a couple days notice to ensure availability. read more

I can't say enough good things about DPM. I've had my fair share of cabs who don't show up when their supposed to, and also car services who charge an arm and a leg for thier services. I travel every week for work, and have never ever been left without a ride. Sometimes when they notice i haven't made a booking on my regular day, they call me to see if i need one before accepting another one that will leave me out in the cold. I know friends have used them too who are not regular customers, and they are treated with the same promptness and attention. I book corporate travel and chose DPM based on great reviews and they totally delivered. They were responsive all hours of the day, treated my international travelers with the best service (and I was nervous about these folks as it was many of their first time traveling), and even helped out one person who got to SFO and found their flight had been canceled. The whole reservation process was so easy and very responsive customer service. On the day of pickup, I get a text when the driver is arriving at my place with name and license plate #. The driver arrived 5 mins early and was super helpful with our luggages and gave us ample time to install car seats, etc. The car (SUV Suburban) was spotless clean and the driver was very polite. The SFO pickup was awesome too. After we picked up our luggages, I gave them a call and the car shows up in less than 5 mins at the curb. Again the driver was being so helpful and everything was smooth. This is the best limo/transportation service company I've experienced. read more

BEST IN THE CITY! I think my husband and I have been riding with DPM since (if not before) they started. We both travel considerably for work and it is not unusual when we are working to ride 4x a week to/from the airport. As one can imagine travel plans change constantly and even at the last minute. DPM has ALWAYS been accommodating. Planes land hours late - sometimes late into the night - DPM is ALWAYS waiting. And, even once in awhile, I forget to tell them my plans have changed and they wondering where I am and I am in another city - they are ALWAYS genuine and forgiving. DPM Transportation is reliable, professional and courteous. My wife and I arranged for them to pick us up at 9:15 a.m. at Pier 35 for transportation to the SF airport. Unknown to us, our Oceania ship docked at the new SF pier (Pier 27) for the first time, but didn't inform anyone, so we didn't even know we were at Pier 27 when we got off the ship. Our driver, Kim, didn't see our ship at Pier 35 but did see it at the new Pier 27, which he hadn't been to before. Bottom line: he was there for us at Pier 27 at 9:15 a.m. We will definitely use this company again! read more

These guys are great! Reliable (they consider themselves late if they arrive on-time), inexpensive (similar to a cab to SFO from Pac Heights) and friendly (they know when they should be chatty and when you just need quiet). I've been using them for personal and business for years and tell anyone and everyone. Car serice of choice at my office. It's lux when being picked-up by a shiny towncar or SUV but my first experience with them was when they were starting out and it was a cab! They've definitely moved up. read more

Do not trust this company on getting a reliable driver!!!! Do not use! I repeat, do not use!! I hired DPM to pick me and my husband up on our Wedding Night and guess what?? They took 4 of our guests home instead and left us waiting outside our reception with no way to get back to our hotel. We had double confirmed with them, even the morning of our wedding, that they would be picking us up ,clearly stating we were the bride and the groom. When we waved goodbye to all our guests and realized our car was missing we called and they told us that the driver had just picked up 4 people from our reception instead claiming one male said he was the groom...total lie!! A groom without his bride in a white wedding gown and with two other people visibly not the groom and bride either does not make for a plausible excuse. They offered to come back and pick us up which meant us waiting an hour for the driver to get back. No thank you. We ended up taking a cab back to our hotel instead. Real classy. We wrote the company an official complaint and never heard back from them. If they would screw up picking someone up from an important event like a wedding I would not trust them for any routine pickup either! Thanks for the memories DPM. read more

I recently booked DPM transportation for my bosses while they were on business in California and can't recommend them enough. We are a non-profit cautious of spending money so I did a good deal of research into car services and found that DPM offered the best rate by far. I booked the trip by email and received prompt responses. When my bosses returned, they had to tell me how well the plans for the car went off. A few days after they returned it was discovered that there was a mix-up regarding payment. DPM alerted me to the issue and then waited patiently while I tracked down the info needed to complete the transaction. Great customer service all around, which was especially helpful when making the arrangements from 3,000 miles away. Thank you! read more

Great service, good drivers. Well worth the price we paid. Nothing like having a nice town car pick you up from the airport. We also used DPM to take us to an Oakland Raider game instead of using the BART, cost $80 including tip. Good choice, as it was a Thursday night game on NFL network. Later, we heard it took about 50 minutes, just to walk from BART to stadium. Also used DPM for return to airport. On time on all events for us. Easy to schedule by email. Called to confirm. Very professional on everything. Can't say enough good things about DPM. I found them using Yelp and was happy and agree with the positive reviews. Most definitely will use them in the future. Also can be actually cheaper than grabbing a taxi. $58 from airport to Wharf, that's including tip, but we ending up tipping an extra $10 because of the great service provided. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better car service. We needed a ride to the cruise terminal at pier 35 from Millbrae where we were staying the night before the cruise. The cost was only $65 - gratuity included. Our driver, Kin, text when he was 5 minutes out and arrived exactly on time. He was well dressed and professional. The car was clean and comfortable. On the way into San Francisco, Kin, entertained us with interesting factoids about the new baseball stadium and surrounding areas. Needed a ride to the airport from a hotel in SOMA for my wife and myself. Kin text-ed me 6 minutes before his timely arrival and then again when he was outside. It was a rainy, windy morning but I felt safe and comfortable. There was no overhead protection at the airport but Kin escorted both of us with an umbrella to a dry spot and then proceeded to get our luggage. I was able to pay with a credit card at that time. The price included the tip but my driver was so good that I gave him a little extra. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DPM Transportation. read more

I booked car service including "meet and greet" for friends arriving at SFO going to a hotel in San Francisco. Right after completing the online request I received a phone call and confirmed details and pre-paid service. The driver was waiting for my friends after the security checkpoint as detailed. I received a text from the driver when my friends were dropped off at the hotel. This was a super-easy process and easily the most reasonably priced compared to other car service. Fantastic company. I have used them a number of times getting to and from the airport, even at ungodly hours (middle of the night, middle of rush hour, etc.).
