However they also do offer snow plow services and that is the only interaction I had with this company that being said it was a phenomenal one. There are multiple bullet points that I would like to make positive reference of with this experience all of which I believe unfortunately are in short supply in this day in age. 1 it appears to be an the owner operated company and the owner is Hands-On which is respectable 2 they answered the phone on the weekend and it was not a voicemail or call center it was a human being 3 they were honest in saying they they could fit me in as soon as possible and showed up to the job promptly and on time which is a frequent issue with snow plow companies. 4 they were extremely fair priced for a large area of snow. It was done quickly and when they were done plowing the individual even asked does this meet your satisfaction. That alone is a high point in my book. 5 his snowplow was in good condition with the driveway having been recently redone the owner was worried about damage but his equipment was in good condition and had the screw in guides on the bottom of the blade which most plows do not which insured zero damage to the property. After the job was done I also learned from him that he is actually the owner and works on the weekends. This owner showed great pride in his workmanship and Company. Most owners don't work on the weekends this day in age. I will definitely utilize him on more job sites and refer him whenever possible. I am curious to see if the same professionalism and workmanship carries over to the sealcoating side of the business. I would say at least give them a shot you can't go wrong with the fair and economical pricing.

We had our roof replaced by Robert's Reliable Roofing in October 2025. The work was completed in…read moreone day, and we were initially very happy with the job. Unfortunately, after the roof replacement, we noticed a serious problem that had never occurred before. During heavy rain, water began pouring down the front of our house, and water also started seeping into the front of our basement, leaving the carpet wet. We investigated and discovered that the eavestrough was filled with old and new shingles, along with nails and other debris. We contacted the roofing company and asked them to return to inspect the roof and clean up the debris. We called several times and were told they were very busy and would come within a few days. We ended up waiting almost one month. Last week, we were specifically told someone would come today at 9:30 a.m. but nobody showed up. Since then, our calls have gone directly to voicemail. This has been extremely frustrating, particularly because the issue has resulted in water entering our basement. We expected the company to stand behind its work and address the problem promptly, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Robert's Reliable Roofing.

Overall the porch looks nice but it wasn't worth the hassle we had to put up with to get it done. Very disappointing because we really liked the guys that did the work; they were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently, and we had hoped to use them for future projects. We understand that stuff happens, concrete is a science, and we were told immediately that the problem would be fixed to our satisfaction. We didn't appreciate having to fight for months to make that actually happen.

I hired Greg's company to build a set of stairs that would match our home. There were no pre…read moreexisting steps in the location. My only request was that the steps match the current exterior used on both the patio and house. I was assured this would happen. This detail was discussed in my initial yelp email (see screen shot image) as well as with the quote during our two interactions at the house, prior to initiating the work. I was open to the direction the steps would go and how many steps were needed for the space and allowed him to do what would work best in a small space. Please review his quote stating *brick match samples with Greg" and additional details of the promised work. Unfortunately, the day Greg and his team came I was not able to be home and he sent me the photos attached upon completion. I contacted him and said that his work was not what we agreed to or what we paid for. He came to the house and after about an hour of discussion, he reluctantly agreed to add brick veneer to the stairs to match the house (not what we wanted but better than nothing so the stairs would match and have a finished look). He said the work would be completed within 3 weeks (see receipt). Greg gave me his word, said he was a decent guy and wanted to leave us happy with the work that was performed. All seemed ok! At the 3 week mark he responded that he "did not forget" about me and would complete the job on August 7th or 8th. He did not show up on either of those days. Now he won't return my calls or my texts. The work that Greg's company completed was unnecessary for a mason. Any handyman can build stairs out of concrete cinder blocks and put a pre made step sill on top and I'm pretty sure they would do it for a lot less than $2,800. I'm sad to say that I was ripped off by someone who I thought was young, positive, and working hard to create a good local business. I regret not going with the other quote from a mason with far more experience. I think he is overwhelmed and overpriced. He told me his last business fell apart - I'm guessing some of what we've experienced with him is the reason behind that. If you see his FB reviews, it appears that he has used stolen images from his prior employment and claimed them as his own. Perhaps others will use him and have better outcomes but be aware that he makes empty promises, his work ethic is non existent and the work completed is really nothing to write home about.
