They eventually came out and did a deal coat, which didn't fix anything. For over 2 years now they keep saying they will come out to fix, but they never have. Here are a few other things to consider: 1. The son kept saying that I should work with him because he will make it right. He has been telling me for 2 years that he would come, but he's been "too busy" to come out. 2. When they seal coated the driveway as a way to try and fix it, they splattered tar all over the side of the house and garage door. He said he would fix it but, as expected, he never did. 3. The company will respond to your reviews with "please call us to fix it", but they never will. 4. The son will text you after you post a negative review and he will actually make it sound like he's doing you a favor. Last text I got from him said "I'll fix it just to get you out of my hair". Still didn't fix it. 5. They lie about the work they do. They were supposed to remove the old base layer, and lay down a new layer of gravel. I literally watched them and he never did it. He even told me that the gravel below was in great shape and it wasn't needed. Clearly when you look at the pictures you will see that this looks like a 20 year old driveway, but it's less than 3 years old. At this point, I can't trust you to do the work and honor your warranty. If you are serious about your customers, you can pay another company to fix it and do it right.

He kept calling and offering me money off and said he had left over material from another job and he could start that day. I should have known this was a sales tactic, but the timeline was appealing so I caved and hired him. We had the end of our driveway re-done with asphalt; it had to be widened and built up at one end. That area turned out ok, I can live with it. The rest of the driveway was to be seal coated. This is the problem. Stand told me over the phone that he could cut out the humps we have and fill in the holes. He told my husband he would apply sand in the cracks. The holes were poorly filled in. The hump was not cut out. No sand was applied to the cracks. Stan's response to my disappointment when finding out this was the completed job was that he went above and beyond and did what was written in the contract. It looks like crap and I paid a lot of money. As far as what was written on the contract - seal coating wasn't even mentioned so I guess I should be happy he bothered to do that. Don't get cheated by this guy like we did.
