After decades of putting off the dreaded move to gut our upstairs bathroom and have it renovated,…read morewe finally broke down and did it. After several estimates on the cost, we chose Kret Kitchen and Bath, on Eureka off of Fort St in Wyandotte. We were very impressed with their showroom and just walking into it gave me great inspiration and choices that helped me put it all together. We live in a two story Colonial which is decorated in the country theme. I wanted that same look as well for the new bathroom. Mike was a great help in making suggestions and bringing ideas to my attention. A pleasant surprise to me as I can surely be a normal female who thinks she has done all her homework on decorating! Mike was outstanding in his communication on the progress being done, any wait time on the choices we made, or just a simple check in to see how we were liking the choices we made, from the very beginning, right to the end of the job, we really appreciated that Mike! The area around the bathroom was prepped with a plastic wall to keep the dust from seeping into the bedrooms, plastic on the stairs and our front entrance foyer, was covered for protection with the outmost respect for our home. The crew lead by James and included Steve, Lyle and many other workers whose names I don't recall. These guys were just the best, polite, cheerful, always answered our questions with great knowledge, always on time, and if they were going to be late never failed to call us. All the choices I selected turned out to be winners and we couldn't be happier!! We highly recommend Kret, they are the real deal, the workers are a real asset, their products are excellent quality. For the choices we went with, the challenges they experienced and at times the hard work they did, the cost of our renovation was well worth it, before calling it a day their mess was always cleaned up, what more could we have asked for!!! After putting this off because of the inconvenience, had I known how easy it was going to be, we would of done it sooner, it's all you fault Kret!! Thank you A+ Bob and Debbie Hohn, Riverview

Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. Side note - the owner came each day to review the workers progress and the work; provided all the update information. Happy home improvement!!!

What…read morewe got after only 9 days of use is a floor that is buckling, chipping and breaking in shards . Work debris was left in an unsightly mess in the yard, Rude workers behaving inappropriately, no consultation about needs or choices of materials. if I could give less than one star I would. Poor communication skills, shoddy work, unsavory workers, sloppy and negligible clean up, cheap materials and not standing by his work or word are the hallmarks of a contractor I would avoid like the plague. The photos show the condition of the floor costing $2400 after 9 days use.

Horrible experience, purchased a piece of equipment from Nexus. Skid steer 50hrs on it basically a…read morebrand new machine. I dealt with Ashton the owner of the company he told me to come to his customers house as this is where he currently had the machine. Upon arrival the skid steer was blocked in the garage by a zero turn that he supposedly didn't have the key for. I was only able to power the machine on and move the arms up and down, seemed fine. I've owned 3 skid steers just like this one. I got my trailer and returned, I assisted him in clearing a path to drive the machine out. He insisted he drive as the property was pretty packed. I witnessed the machine jump when he loaded it onto my trailer and when he went over his customers new concrete pad (cracked it when the bucket jumped by the way). I just assumed he didn't know how to drive it as he was loading it in the wrong direction (loading forward) and throttle was all the way up. He assured me the machine was in good working order. I paid him and I then drove it straight to my job-site and upon unloading it I quickly realized that this machine is unworkable. I'm a heavy equipment operator with 10 years experience ZERO ACCIDENTS. This machine is completely uncalibrated and could very well kill someone. Bucket jumps at slightest turn, hand controls lose power and then gain unexpectedly even at low throttle. I called him immediately and requested to bring it back, he declined and blocked me on all platforms. I don't know how someone could even have the conscience to sell something like this as a workable unit. I know I don't so I will be taking a loss on several thousand in repairs if it can even be repaired. He seemed like a good guy, played the part real well. As contractors we have a duty to be honest as people trust us with not only their properties but their money and this young man has proven to me just how dishonest, careless, and inconsiderate he is just to make a buck and put his problems onto someone else. Not smart, I'm sure I'm not the first and I won't be the last. DO NOT TRUST.
