We had a cash offer to close in a week and needed to address a few issues prior to closing. I reached out to Marvis on a short notice and he was able to accommodate all the fix and installation needed to sell the property. He installed for us a new furnace and also addressed multiple pipe leaks for us. His plumber actually missed a few leaks but what I really appreciate from Marvis was he took responsibility for this and sent the plumber out to address this without additional charges. He called us later that day, promptly gave a quote and explained everything in depth. Derek kept in contact all through this rainy spring and completed the work beautifully. He did some additional work found during the job and didn't charge extra as he told us the wood skirting replacement ended up being less than quoted. It's so great to find an honest contractor. He's super friendly too. I'm glad he's younger than us as I'm hoping he's our contractor for life. We are pleased we went with the Nolan Crew and you will be too.
