I've tried washing it myself. Even rented a big machine for it. My results were decent, but, boy, not like this. The white house trim and gutters pop. Our white garage door only looked this good when it was first installed decades ago. The siding is spotless, and the mildew is gone. I even had him pressure wash our old deck. I don't think I've ever seen it look this good. Terry says the magic is in his use of hot water and a special cleaner, but it also comes from his 30 years of experience and his attention to detail. We drove a couple of hours to where the estate was to meet him and he never answered our phone calls. We left him several voicemails and finally I called him from my phone when we had been using my sister's phone and when he answered, he said great Scott and I told him my name and he hung up on me. I called right back and he let it go to Voicemail. He's clearly dodging us when all he had to do is say he couldn't help us. And also he caused us to make a trip two hours away to look at the estate with him and he never replied at all. Luckily, we had other things to do up there, but I would avoid this person. He is very unprofessional. In addition, he said that anything not sold he would take away for us and I think he said he would charge us but we right away said oh no we will take what doesn't sell.
