Our house feels more open and bigger…read moreas we can now expand our living space into the outdoors and just enjoy looking from all the back windows. We are excited to watch it all grow as the fig ivy covers our fence to create a screen of green and the carpet of Asian Jasmine fills in where before there was patchy grass and bald dirt. Miguel really listened and worked with us to do a major overhaul, putting up a back fence, installing sprinklers, improving drainage and even creating the perfect nook for our son's trampoline and finding a perfect little key lime tree for the back raised garden section. They installed a lovely drip type system in our raised bed as well. As the project took shape, Miguel was flexible and responsive and never made me feel we were asking too much or that he was eager to move on to his next project. It felt like we were his only customers! Although I know for sure this was not the case . His employees worked hard and were respectful and friendly at all times. It was a joy to work with this company and we are extremely pleased with our natural wonder!

I have a 6 zone irrigation system and followed their EXACT watering instructions. Grass began disappearing after 3 weeks. I called and got new watering instructions, but it did not help. Jeremy refused to come out to my house to assess the issue after spending $1600 with them and proceeded to yell at me through the phone that "IT IS YOUR FAULT THE GRASS IS DEAD NOT MINE". After multiple conversations he agreed to re-sod 2 pallets for $150 labor cost. Week after week he came up with excuses as to why he couldn't come out. After 2 months I finally realized I was being lied to and he eventually blocked my number. I drove to his "address" on 1960 which is actually a small piece of a lot that he rents on occasion. I had the land owner call him and he eventually told me "I will mail you a $300 check for your trouble". 1.5 months later and still no check or sod... This guy is a complete snake. Stay away. I attached screenshots showing the lack of response and constant runaround.
