Disappointed and Misleading Sizing Claims…read more I was so excited to find a swimwear brand that claims to be made for "big boobs and short torsos" and "designed for all boob-kind." Their marketing really builds up the idea that they're inclusive and supportive of different body types--especially those of us who struggle to find swimwear that actually fits a larger bust. But after looking at their size range, I was honestly shocked. Their sizing only goes up to a D cup. A D cup is not considered large for many of us with fuller chests--it's a pretty standard size. So how exactly is this "coverage, support, and styles that keep up with big boobs" if you're excluding the very people you're claiming to support? It feels misleading and honestly a bit performative. If you're going to market yourself as inclusive and for "all boob-kind," then back it up with sizing that actually reflects that. There's a huge community of people who wear DD, DDD, E, F and beyond who are constantly left out of the conversation--and it's frustrating to see yet another brand jump on the body-positive messaging without actually following through. Would love to see this brand expand their sizing and actually deliver on the promises they're making.

Honestly pretty surprised by the customer service from this shop after I'd been a couple times and…read morepositive experiences. I brought in 2 bikes for tuneups and a new back wheel on one. I spent $500 at the shop and got both bikes back--everything seemed fine. I live nearby so I rode my bike home less than 10 min. The next day I noticed the tire was completely flat. I hadn't had a flat tire prior to coming into the shop; I didn't ride over any terrain that would likely be the cause of the flat. I brought the bike in just to see if someone could take a look at the tire--maybe something happened when it was put on the new wheel? The bike tech immediately adopted a condescending tone and said he wouldn't even look at it without charging me. He said since I rode it (only 10 min) that it was a certainty that I did something to puncture it. Essentially, he's so infallible that if anything goes wrong after his repair, there's a greater chance of the sun not rising tomorrow. Great attitude!

I wish they'd carry tall sizes in store! But I was in the area and had to return an item, so I paid this store a visit. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out quickly. My one gripe is that I had to pay for parking just to spend 15 minutes returning an item. This is not, however, Athleta's fault.

You will need to use street parking or a public parking lot such as I did. It's really not bad at all to park away from the location and get out for a nice walk to the store. You will pass other stores and businesses that perhaps catch your eye for shopping. After finishing up at Patagonia I went to Denver Market for an ice cold beverage. The store lay-out for Patagonia isn't bad. It's clean and organized. Staff aren't so helpful. There were two staff members at the front register. Why one of them couldn't be on the main floor helping customers is a mystery. When going to check out at the register one of them pretty much ignored me then caught herself moments later. Management: please improve customer relations. Don't make interactions so transactional. I walked away with what I wanted but probably should have just used another retailer or distributor to get it. I'm in no hurry to return to this location.
