I've always taken great care of my cars, so I was really upset when I accidentally scraped the…read morefront driver-side rim on my 2026 Honda Accord against a curb I didn't realize was sticking out. The scratches weren't major, but they stood out because the rims are black. It happened on a Friday, and that night I requested an online quote from Wheels Onsite. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and it was ready that afternoon. The rim looks like it never happened. I've only had it back for a day, but so far I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for rim repair.

Title: Overconfident Incompetence: Go here for tires, stay away for repairs…read more If you're considering Mid Shore Tire for anything beyond basic tire rotation or an oil change, let my experience save you time, money, and a migraine. I recently had the misfortune of bringing my 2003 Lexus SC 430 to Mid-Shore Tire for three dashboard - Yellow warning lights. Thinking they had the expertise to handle a diagnosis, I authorized nearly $700 in repair work. They managed to clear exactly one light. Enter the manager, Ben - a man whose ego appears to be roughly the size of the Bay Bridge. His "expert" solution on next steps - - spend $1,100++ on a new steering wheel sensor. Confidently suggesting this would resolve the other two lights. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion at the Lexus dealership in Annapolis. I met a Master Tech with 32 years of experience who fixed the entire issue with a simple "System Reset." Total cost: $120. Total time: One hour. The car needed a simple system reset. That's it. No parts. No guesswork. No $1,100 science experiment. The kicker? When I called Ben to share the good news and save him from making the same mistake with future customers, he was so flummoxed and embarrassed that he told me to "never come back." Bottom Line: Trust me, Ben - you won't have to worry about that. If you need tires, air, or wiper blades, Mid Shore Tire is fine. If you need actual diagnostics, competent troubleshooting, or someone who doesn't treat your car like a slot machine, go literally anywhere else. If you like engaging with a Super-Ego Prick....by all means Ben is your guy....just don't make him mad....

Over the course of three days, my appointment was rescheduled multiple times. I was very flexible and repeatedly said that another day was fine. At one point I was specifically told there was no availability that day, so I made other plans. Later, I was called and asked if I was available after all, but by then I wasn't because I had planned my day based on what I had been told. The final appointment was delayed again, followed by additional issues that prevented them from arriving as scheduled. I understand that unexpected things happen, and any one of these problems on its own would have been understandable. But after several days of changing plans and uncertain arrival times, I finally canceled and went with another company. Communication was polite throughout, but the reliability and organization were not what I expected from a mobile service.
