Douglas is the best! I didn't realize my electrical issue was a quick fix. I described the issue which was a circuit breaker issue. He patiently walked me through the outside breakers and then the inside outlet breakers. I didn't realize that the outlet breaker I had already tripped and reset, tripped again with my vacuum cleaner. I reset it over the phone with him again. I was glad he took the time to assist me with going back over the steps as well as adding my additional steps with the circuit breaker. I didn't have to wake my husband up either! Professionally speaking I've never met and experienced a more thorough and professional contractor every since I've been hiring contractors and handymans. Our communication evolved via text. I had to postpone our date of install because my dog was going through a major operation. I thought Jeremy had forgotten about me but surprisingly he text me again. We connected also because we're dog lovers. Any dog lover, in my opinion, is a good person! I'm really glad we decided to go with Jeremy Thibault for our electrical projects. I'm pretty handy but electrical is one thing I don't mess with. He was extremely knowledgable about our Ring products that needed to be installed (Pro doorbell and Security light). He had both and running very quickly. It was extremely helpful that he has the products installed in his own home and was able to share his settings and show me how it worked before installing. The outdoor light didn't have existing wiring. Our standard doorbell wasn't working well before the install so he fixed that with a bigger transformer, a loose wire on a chandelier that stopped working, and updated an outdoor outlet to make it more weatherproof. Very cool, honest, and trustworthy guy. He showed up on time, communicated throughout the projects, cleaned up after each one and his quote didn't change. He also guarantees his work for 2 years.
