They trimmed one side pretty good but never trimmed the dead branches out of the lower canopy on either side. On the opposite side they left branches hanging over the fence into my neighbors yard. The price suddenly was now $1500. No one on the crew spoke Engish. Most of the work was done with those tiny chain saws on a pole. I don't believe that I saw a traditional chain saw the entire time they were here. They changed the price to $1700. When we pointed out the branches hanging over the fence that were left undone, we were told it would be another $400. NOPE! The great thing is they don't have contracts so you aren't stuck if you aren't happy with the service. They are also extremely flexible with time frames and can do everything you may need done. I started out only having them come out once a month because it was during the summer, but as spring rolled around I was able to ask that they come out more often. I have also had them to do additional things like removing some bushes from a few beds and off a fence line, spray to keep the weeds at bay, and even do a deep dive on the beds before a recent party I had.... And it's always at a good price. Any time I call to see if something can be done Tim is on top of it. He's also just a really nice guy and always eager to help, and the guys he sends out are amazing as well. Our trees had been trimmed by a well known and well respected arborist only 18 months before, but his team spent less time and did less trimming than we paid for. They left partly dead branches, also a large limb which banged against the roof during storms, as well as a huge limb which turned out to be partly dead inside and so ended up falling onto the road once a truck grazed it. That's why we decided to try again with a different arborist. Greenleaf's team clearly took pride in their work. They started at 8 and ended after 4 - putting in enormous effort, hauling tons of pruning away, and leaving the whole property completely cleaned up.
