I get my stuff, and am waiting for a coffee. I open the bag and the fritter bag and what the heck. It's not a fritter. There is no apple on or in it. It's not crunchy. I take a bite and yup. It's not as it should be. The lady comes to the window and I ask what I can do. That it's not any where near a normal. She says yes it is and that's what they always look like. a No it's not. She doesn't apologize or even offer to return it or replace it. She stares at me then slams the window on me. Let's go over this. A. Their donuts are mid at best. It's just how it is. I stopped ordering them a while ago. B. I do go there every morning though. Ask the other window guy. I go for Kolaches. My son loves them. C. Not anymore. I also will be calling. Literally blown away . Who owns this store. Legit it was so offensive and off putting. BLOWN AWAY. See pic below. No crunchy bits. Legit trying to say that's what they always look like. No it's not. Not at all. And then the rough window close. Stg word of mouth is legit where I'm about to post. So not nice.

I'm a fan of the traditional, no frills glazed or sugar variety. Nothing over-the-top ridiculous. And the customer service is terrific. Even though it's a large organization, they have managed to preserve the small-town feel. Good job!

Bee Sweet is also kids-friendly with a few board games for the kids to pass time as they consume the ice cream. The ice cream and coffee themselves are decent but not particularly memorable. Both lean a bit sweeter than average, which might appeal to some, though it slightly overpowers the flavors. There's also a lack of dairy flavor. Overall, it's a nice spot to stop by mainly because of the warm service. With a little improvement to the quality of the ice cream and coffee, this place could be much more impressive.

Sometimes you gotta just go with the flow. My husband and I shared a Waffle cone with a scoop of coffee gelato that had a mix of brownie bites and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on. PB maybe? Shame on me for not getting the name of the exact flavor. One of the young ladies behind the counter recommended it and she did good because it was delicious. I mostly chased after the brownie bites and my hubby enjoyed the coffee gelato. The waffle cone itself was really good too! If it wasn't so late in the day I would totally have tried some of their coffee but it was after 6pm & I wanted to enjoy a hot shower and being lazy in bed the rest of the night. The 2 ladies working there were very friendly helpful and attentive. They have about 10 varieties of choices, almost at any given time. All great flavors. The reason why it's not 5 stars is because every time we go in, we try to get a lot as we take these home, and each time, we're visibly judged by whoever is helping us and it makes us feel uncomfortable. We always make sure we leave some for others, so it's not like we clean them out, but they always judge us as if we're taking everything they have. Other than that, great tasting cheesecake.

It has this flavor that almost tasted coffee-like, but I guess it's more like butterscotch. The variety of flavors was nice, but the base cheesecake of every single one tasted like butterscotch. I'm not sure what they're doing differently than most that makes it taste like that.
