Loved this spot. Croissant Doughnuts are top notch and Cinnamon Nutella was good too. Had to try the Atlantan Coffee which was fun. Great playlist putting the vibe out in there. Wesley is the best.

Glazed Doughnut

I didn't have any expectations when I decided to get doughnuts from this place, but I left loving the food and atmosphere. I got an assortment of different doughnuts and my family and I enjoyed all of them! We usually get Kristy Kreme, but this place does a better job at balancing the flavors and sweetness of each doughnut. The staff is also really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a sweet treat or are interested in trying a different doughnut spot. *Posted this on Google, but wanted to add it here too

Workers were friendly and gave me advice on what to get. Doughnuts were not greasy or with an oily aftertaste. Coffee was good as well.

A Special Shout-Out to Mike at Sugar Shane's…read more I've already given Sugar Shane's a shout-out, but I definitely have to give Mr. Mike his flowers! Mike is truly the face of Sugar Shane's, and honestly, he is the reason I even know about this place! If it weren't for seeing his videos on TikTok, I probably would have never discovered Sugar Shane's ...and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. His videos are always so exciting, welcoming, and encouraging that they make you want to come out and experience it for yourself. And today, I noticed something that really stood out to me: several of us showed up because of what we saw from Mike, and we were all complete strangers to one another! That says a LOT about the impact he has. His energy, personality, and hospitality make people feel welcomed before they even walk through the door. So, Mike, this shout-out is for YOU! Thank you for being so personable, enthusiastic, and genuine. You're doing more than selling cookies ...you're creating an experience and bringing people together. Sugar Shane's is lucky to have you, and you deserve your props! Keep doing what you're doing, Mike! You're definitely making an impact! -Ashley & Journi

While my dietary restrictions didn't allow me to partake, the girls and bestie enjoyed their treats. They just had ice cream and cones. We agreed that we'd have to come back a different time to try the donut/ice cream sandwich! There is a parking garage next to this storefront that is partially public parking and partially residential. The public parking is three dollars for 30 minutes. You have to pay it on your cell phone, and they charge a $1.20 service fee. So 30 minutes of parking is actually $4.20. This was just enough time for us to go inside order sit to eat and get back to the car with five minutes to spare. Luckily, we went in during a slow period, because we were able to order right away. Also, there is only bar top seating with four barstools, so it was the perfect amount of seats for those in my group who were eating. Most people who came behind us did a grab and go.

When I walked up, all of the chairs were up so it looked closed, but I peaked in, and they confirmed they were still open. I was greeted with a smile and asked to taste the vegan flavors which were lemon, mango, and berry açai. I'm happy they had multiple vegan options and we're willing to let me try them. I ended up going with the Bory since it was made with oat milk and had oats and berries in it. The lemon and mango were more like sorbets. I gave it a four stars because it was a little bit more expensive than anticipated and they charged a dollar extra for the vegan options. Not sure why vegan options are more expensive, especially if they are similar in size as the non-vegan options.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

I would give The Yard a 3 1/2, rounding up as Yelp does not give that option…read more I found this milkshake bar looking for fun places for my nieces birthday trip to Atlanta. We went to the amazing Atlanta aquarium, and the Yard is a short walk away. The menu is a good size, and there are a good variety of options, we had a hard time choosing. It was not very busy during our visit, considering how involved the shakes are to make, we did not want too long. Our group of three each got a milkshake jar. They are pretty pricy, you do get to keep the jar. I had the salted Carmel cheesecake. There was a bit too much whip cream. The shake itself was very good. It was topped with a peice of cheesecake, which was still frozen. I was not a fan of it frozen, we ended up taking some of the dessert toppings home, and the cheesecake was good later. I was surprised my niece did not finish her Brookie Batter, she said it was too chocolate. I tried it, and it was too intense with the cocoa. They had a washing station if you get a jar shake to clean it and take it home.
