You can do this online in advance at: https://submatic.io/store/10947/subscribe. When you arrive at the entrance gate, buzz the office, and they'll direct you to the Leasing Lodge to complete your application, where you'll receive a decal for your car which lets you in the residents' gate next time. The membership is $15/month, and if you keep it renewing, you get a $15/month credit to use in the coffee shop. Parking requires payment every time, via QR codes posted in the lot. Once you're inside, the coffee shop interior is clean and welcoming, with a decent amount of indoor seating and free WiFi. There are several outdoor tables, and lots of chairs out in the grounds as you head towards the river. The staff is awesome - super friendly and welcoming, and happy to explain your new membership and a points-based loyalty program they offer in addition. The baristas are superb, and there's a wide range of morning pastries as well as a fab Venezuelan lunch menu. While the first visit will feel expensive as you're adding in the new membership, from month 2 onwards it's great value. The entry controls keep the occupancy manageable, so you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Chattahoochee with your coffee fix.

Very interesting coffee shop to say the least…read more Pulling up you would think it's just a coffee shop with maybe some pastries/ sandwiches, but they have a WIDE variety of items on the menu. They have boba tea, smoothies, ice cream, breakfast sandwiches/ croissants/ burritos, pastries, yogurt parfait, lunch sandwiches/ wraps, hot dogs, paninis, Cuban sandwiches, chicken teriyaki banh mi and so much more. I ordered their Spanish latte with caramel! It was very delicious! Light in sweetness and very smooth and frothy. The atmosphere felt very oriental like I was in a Chinese restaurant. Not sure if the owners are Chinese and that was the vibe they were going for OR if this was a Chinese restaurant previously and the coffee shop moved in, but either way it was a nice switch up from the typical coffee shop look! I took a star off, because it took about 8 minutes before an employee even looked over and acknowledged me at the counter. They were making drinks and food, so I TOTALLY understand being busy, but you can still have good customer service by acknowledging customers. Just a simple, "Hello! Welcome in. I'll be right with you in just a minute." is an easy way to make a customer feel welcomed and seen. I used to work in the restaurant industry for 6+ years. Greeting customers is a high priority and can leave a good or bad taste in someone's mouth before they even try food/ drinks. I didn't try any food this time, but will definitely be back again and order some food

This time I got the Matcha Latte with almond milk and it was delicious. Most places I go have a light matcha, this one was deep, rich, and a little sweet. The bathroom is okay, it's only a single room but it gets the job. Great place to post up & get some work done.

I'm writing this review after trying this place out after both breakfast and lunch times. The interior is quite big with plenty of tables, but beware that this place can get packed. Quick! It's quite the spot to relax with a book, or park yourself to do some work on your computer. Parking can be a bit of a pain, but there are surrounding areas to park that aren't near the front door. On our first visit the staff was quick to make recommendations on pastries when inquired by my husband and I. Similar to our second visit during lunch. We have ordered latte's and matcha's and both have been tasty. The food apart from their Adult Lunchable is made to order. This location also has merch to represent their style. I caved and bought a tee - so comfy!

Since the back wall is all windows there's plenty of natural light, and the metal sign makes for a great photo opportunity. I've had the food in the past and haven't loved it but the drinks are stellar. My go-to is the Iced Caramel Crème. It is in the sweeter side, but if you like caramel coffee, you will be wowed. All of the iced drinks come in the clear branded cups, which allows you to see the beverage in its full glory. There are benches inside to sit at and moveable tables to rest your food and drink on, but I wouldn't think this is a great place to sit and do work. However, if you're catching up with a friend, it works great for that. There are also sometimes tables outside if the weather permits. There are a few parking spots right outside that are 15 minute parking, and much more in the deck right next door. And it's free!

I visited on a weekday afternoon and even before 10am, there were other guests buzzing around this little coffee shop. Bolivar is located within a grocery shopping plaza, meaning they have tons of parking which is always great in ATL. The coffee shop itself is so beautiful! The decor, plants and art all channel Colombia, all by way of Atlanta. There were a few tables inside and outside, allowing space for those there to work, chat and lounge if desired. It was really easy for me to find a comfy seat next to an outlet to settle at for a few hours. I started with a hot latte and a Pastel conquistador and was so pleased by both. I didn't even realize that I had sped through my first cup of coffee before I was onto the next. The ladies behind the counter were helpful in sharing their favorites as I decided on my next orders across my 5 hour visit. Each order was better than the last. If you've been putting off a visit, don't wait any longer!

There was always fresh flowers at all tables. I visited on early mornings, and the good vibes were a nice way to start the day. Saw many people grabbing their morning coffee from here. Usually there's no line until 8:30/9AM, and it only takes them a minute or two to prep your drink. Bathroom is unique, creative, and clean. Drinks: Frappe with Cardamon - smooth texture, but the overt sweetness overpowers the taste of coffee. This was the first drink I tried and I left having no idea what the quality of roast is at this place. Frappe is pre-made and dispensed from a frappe machine. Maybe they forgot to add the cardamon flavor, or maybe it was overpowered by the sweetness. Latte with Hazelnut - good, 6/10, nothing special Iced coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle - presentation wow, 6/10 Food: !!GLUTEN FREE!! cheese pandebonos and guava pandebonos are $3 each. They are made from scratch with yuca, and toasted before being served. The bread is the soft gooey chewy kind, and I preferred the cheese more than guava. The cheese's soft texture pairs very well with the bread. Yummy! Would order again. I never got to try, but the cakes in the display looked amazing!
