The bakery has an array of fresh breads, cakes, donuts, danishes and more! The staff are so kind. It's buffet style in a way, you grab a tray and pick as many treats as you would like. One of my favorite weekend traditions is exploring a new coffee shop every Sunday somewhere around the city, and this week I decided to give Rev Coffee a try. While I didn't order any food, several menu items looked tempting and worth trying on a future visit. I ordered the Iced Banana Pudding Latte, and it was delicious. What stood out even more was the customer service. The staff had genuinely positive energy, and the cashier was especially helpful in sharing his thoughts on the different drinks I was considering before making my choice. As someone who enjoys writing and working from coffee shops, my only suggestion would be a larger bar-style workspace for laptops and those of us who like to stand, pace, and type while working. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means. They also don't offer a military discount, but that's fairly common and never something I expect when visiting a coffee shop. Overall, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was enjoyable, and the staff made a strong impression. I would definitely recommend Rev Coffee, and it has earned a spot in my regular rotation of coffee shop adventures.

If you are going to call it crème brûlée at least make it sweet like the dessert is. This always tastes like coffee and milk. Mr Peanut has an after thought of peanut. It was sweeter than the CB. lol which doesn't make much sense to me, but whatever. It was decent but again, we want to taste the flavors. Wish they would make their own syrups. I drive out of my way for good coffee shops that make their own syrups. I am in that area often so maybe next time I order differently since I have established I do like their coffee, just not the drink recipe. For that, I'm not docking them. Ambiance, same as before, busy/crowded.

She checked on us frequently, and brought our drinks and food in a reasonable amount of time too. The food was great! They had a large food menu to choose from, and everyone in our group enjoyed everything. I ordered the savory buckwheat crepe and enjoyed it. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

I got their traditional apple pie, a small cherry tart pie and mini pot pie. The small cherry tart pie wasn't too sweet which I liked. The mini pot pie was okay. There was a little too much crust ratio compared to the inside filling. Everyone enjoyed the apple pie. For two mini items and the apple pie I paid $51. The nice lady behind the counter was really nice and helpful. I also liked how they packaged everything. The sandwich contained a great portion of meat. You can see from my photos that it was a substantial portion of meat. I just got back from 2 months in Italy and this sandwich was as good as anything I had there. While I was there I had to try one of everything so for pastry I tried a sfogliata which is a multi layered pastry filled with a vanilla custard. This was either brought in directly from Italy or made by an Italian chef. It tasted just like it should. Then I tried the gelato. I had the stracciatella which was very good. Just two notes here though 1) the gelato temp is too cold. You need to let it warm a little before you eat it to get the full flavor 2) the pistacchio gelato served is bright green. This is not a sign of good pistacchio. Good pistacchio should be more of a khaki brownish green color Then I tried the espresso. It tasted great It was very nice inside. The highlight of the visit was actually running into Mr. Gio DiPalma that owns the establishment and other restaurants around town. He sat at a table and watched operations. Everything about the sandwich was fantastic with one exception: there was a slightly fishy taste on some bites. Needless to say, with the only ingredients being fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, and arugula, not sure where the fishy taste came from. The shop is average looking. I did not eat the gelato, but it looked very good. Service was efficient, but not overly friendly or personable. Person at the counter was more of an order taker, but there were no social greetings exchanged. The bread was so good that I would definitely go back if I had a craving for an Italian sandwich.
