The AK-47 was hot, cheesy and perfect with the au jus, and the Thai Stick was a great mix of chicken, pineapple, pickles and everything else packed into it. That said, I was impressed watching the staff hustle behind the counter - everyone was working efficiently and still managing to be friendly to each customer. No small feat during a lunch rush! ## The Food Our sandwiches were absolutely worth the short wait. The #6 Roast Beef and Provolone ($10.95) was made perfectly - tender roast beef with that delicious combo of provolone, red wine vinegar, and fresh veggies on their rosemary parmesan bread. The #55 Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak ($10.25) was equally impressive - juicy philly chicken with white American cheese, just the right amount of jalapeño heat, and those perfectly grilled onions. I remind her I have an actual allergy by this time the manager is onto making the next sandwich and the meat slicer is no longer gluten safe and will need to be washed down again before redoing my sandwich. Why bother offering gluten if all your toppings are cross contaminated. Pre-cut your meats at the beginning of the day and set aside in special Tupperware containers , do the same with the sides. Wipe off a corner of the prep area and you have a more secure gluten free prep area and sandwich and no one risks cutting their hand off.

The flavors are perfectly balanced, and it's honestly one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. I could drink gallons of it. The quality is fantastic and I've found myself thinking about that latte long after I've finished it. My only complaint is that I don't live closer. If I did, I'd probably be there every day.
