For the second time I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage with NO EGG because I'm allergic to eggs. I always ask them if the order is correct and the careless employee confirmed the order was correct. This time the lazy piece of shit lied and now I'm having and reaction because I bite into a burrito packed with eggs. I'm on my way to the ER now. I will never eat at that raggedy ass place again. The one in Lancaster is nothing like this location. Doublz in Lancaster always provides fresh hot food unlike the idiots in Palmdale that are serving old microwaved chicken on the grilled chicken salads and not paying attention to people's requests. Don't go here drive to Lancaster you will have a much better eating experience. At the Palmdale location they don't care about there customers or what they serve the customers. Thanks for messing my Saturday up Doublz now I have to sit at the hospital all day. I can't stand stupid irresponsible people. This shit could have been avoided. read more

Lived in AV for 3 years. Always pass this place and thought I would check it out. Should've passed. Dirty, employees are more interested in talking to one another or on their cell phone ( speaker enabled so we all got to learn about the domestic spat at home). 4/3/2016 - Came here on a Saturday (4/2/2016) with my family to have a bite to eat and had my Debit Card information stolen from them. They took out $500 from my account and am filing a police report as we speak. A Mexican lady grab my card while another guy kept looking over at my pin. The police report will allow me to view the cameras from the ATM and I will prosecute them with the full extent of the law. So if you are the worker that stole my money/ my children's money and are reading this you might as well quit before they come arrest you at your job. *DO NOT PAY WITH YOUR DEBIT NOR CREDIT CARDS* THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION. PS: How do I know it was stolen here?!?!? I never pay with my debit card....it's only used for online shopping. So I decided to use it for regular use at Doublez and guess what happened!!!!! And guess where they took the money out at the Chase bank on 47th St East and Palmdale Blvd. And it was taken out at 11:10PM.... Very convenient when they close down the place at 10:30 and have to clean up in 10-20 mins. Just making things just a little bit clearer. read more

We can thru the drive thru made 2 sepreate orders paid with 2 differnt cards and the persons at the window stated the first ranch is free but the second one you have to pay .50 cents i can understand that if it was 1 order but it was 2 sepreate orders paid with 2 sepreate cards! This place is terrible, their service absolutely sucks. I paid extra for ranch on the side and the lady at drive thru said she "made sure" it was in the bag. I drove around the building to park and check my order and there was no ranch. This place was so disgusting not only was the food horrible, but the service was also. The cashier was so rude and gave me a dirty look and attitude. The cooks were cooking fast, but all sloppy. The chicken wings had no flavor and tasted like they were in the freezer too long to the point they expired, but they are so cheap that they don't let anything go to waste there. Probably serving yesterday's chicken and just warmed them up and put new sauce on them. Like any normal restaurant they call your number and wait there with your food until you come up, this Hispanic girl cashier (has black hair, all caked up and pale white) didn't even call me when my food was ready and just left it there and walked away. It literally takes 30 minutes to make wings? Plus she never called me up to let me know when my order was ready, so I walked up to the counter and there were 3 other same orders sitting there and I didn't know which one was mine and the cooks stood there looking at me and smirked and the cashier girl came back and rudely said "that's your order there," but with an attitude like sorry how was I suppose to know if there was 3 other same orders sitting there. So disappointed and such a waste of money. Over priced. Zucchini was soggy and mushy which I asked for well done. Order was wrong which I found out when I got home.
