If I can leave one star I would.this place gets my order wrong every time I go. I placed a order for avocado burger. I get my burger with avocado. I had to drive back to the store and cook tells me I want my avocado on the side. Like really on the side. And then today I went to go get a protein burger and it doesn't have any hashbrowns. How hard is it to make a burrito . Avocado on the burrito and yet again they're stingy with avocado unacceptable. I really like this place when they used to get my order right now because of this and they're stupid responses I'll be taking my fat ass somewhere else where . read more

Good food but way overpriced for the quantity you receive. I thought I'd been bamboozled when I ordered a pastrami sandwich, substituted onion rings for fries and a regular size beverage. There was an increase for substituting the onion rings (which I understand), but when I only received 6 pieces for $4 more - seriously, why so chintzy! And, I was charged $3 for the extra ranch that unfortunately I didn't need after all. My total for tonight's dinner was almost $40 (though I tipped 10% because that's how I show respect to the kitchen). You'd think a little appreciation could be reciprocated during this transaction, FORGET ABOUT IT! Sorry, but this restaurant lost another AV local looking for a spot to dine in. read more

I came here with my mom and we happen to have the app and the lady at the register seemed very annoyed. We ordered our food to go and the burgers were so messy when we got home. Also i don't know why you guys changed your bun for your burgers. This bread isn't tasteful its like eating cardboard. One good thing was my onion rings were still yummy when i got home. read more

My favorite are the chili cheese fries and if you like pastrami it is a must add on you won't regret it. it's been my go to for their fries since I was in middle school. It's one of the fast food places I introduced to my son when he was a baby he is now 13 years old and lives their cheeseburgers. If you want a delicious breakfast burrito they have the best breakfast chorizo burritos. I remember my dad would take us here at least twice a week to eat after we were done with our errands. Club sandwich are also delicious and if you are just craving an appetizer go for the zucchini fries or onion rings. Let me not even get started with their ranch it's one of the best ones. I love how now they have a app to get rewards after gathering certain points from ordering and you could redeem for free food or discounts. read more

Well I don't know if they ran out of honey mustard and then tried to over compensate with ranch but I would have liked more honey mustard that I paid extra for. Also the zucchini fries even though for ten dollars was bland do we not believe in salt and rubbery nothing my air fryer couldn't fix but still bland. Then the burger I asked for a burger not a veggie burger where is the meat ? The sauce on the bread was good though. The chicken was bland and the fries again were bland but they gave a lot but I guess I paid for 20 bucks for fries. all in all. Not coming back. Bought this from door dash. read more

I gave 2 stars because the fries are still amazing but WHY IN THE WORLD DID THEY CHANGE THE BURGER BUNS????? These new buns kill the burger flavor, I agree with other reviews that it feels like you're eating cardboard. Such a shame because this was my favorite burger place, unless they switch back I doubt I'll ever go back. read more

Something about the staff that I don't like. Kinda rude , probably need proper training with customer service. Went twice to This location and both times in the driver through... the guy gave me A-hole vibes. Don't know his name but if you hate your job just quit . If you got something going on at home don't bring it to the job. Food is good though. read more

Use to be my go to spot now I'm like Yikes them prices higher than giraffe pxxxy!!!!!! And the quality sucks! They need to do better and stop giving you anything! Burger was good but the lettuce and tomato was wack asf! Soggy and wilted! Too much money for this half ass bullsht! Next time use Fresh produce and wash the produce and cut thicker tomatoes not soggy! Have some pride in yall food! Giving folks anything! Yall should have thrown that nasty produce out! I was better off getting dusty tacos in the field across the street at least I would be expecting dirty produce!! read more

Ordered chili cheese fries, guy with tattoos taking my order was rude and worst of all food was cold. Not COMING BACK.

I've been to this location many times, and almost every time I get helped by a lady named Annette. Unfortunately, she is consistently rude and seems to be in a bad mood, especially whenever I ask to redeem rewards or points on my phone. She acts like she doesn't want to help and does everything with an attitude. For a customer service-based business, I really feel employees should be checked on how they treat customers, because behavior like this makes people not want to return. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, she slammed the window on me, which was very unprofessional. read more

They burned the top and bottom buns on both cheeseburgers i ordered it was hardly edible and when i called to get a refund they told me i have to drive all the way back to get a refund i live 20 minutes away and i wasnt able to go back. I have to say. I really like the food at this restaurant and it is very good. Yes the prices are very high. The only problem this restaurant has is the bad attitude of the employee's. The guy who takes your order through the drive-through is always rushing you when you're are placing your order... WTH. Employees should be more friendly and cordial toward customers. I hope that management get this message and speaks to staff for if continues me and family and friends will stop going to Doublz. Get it together Owners. read more

Tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Got a cheeseburger and a small order of chili cheese fries. Everything was really good! The small portion is a nice size as a side. My wife stopped by the drive through and there was an older man staring at her cleavage. It has amazing food but not so good service.

Only thing I've tried is the chili cheese fries, and they are soo good!! They use shredded cheddar cheese I believe, and I usually add pastrami and it is delicious! Huge serving tho, could probably feed 2-4 people if you order other stuff too. read more

Worst Customer Service.. I'm so disappointed, I had family over and needed to purchase 2 orders in the drive through, the Cashier Celina said we can order once and need to get back in line, I asked for an exception since there was no one behind me. Celina said she doesn't do the rules, I asked for a manager she said Marcos is not here until tomorrow, I asked for a lead? Mellisa said she can't take 2 orders and I need to walk in the place, I said I have a baby and can't get off? She said I have to go back in drive through.. Mind you the Cheeseburger Family Pack is now $44 per pack too, what happened to the service and for that price I'll go to Red Robin instead!!!!! Not going back. read more

Nasty and overly expensive food. I ordered a pastrami burger and got a pastrami sandwich. Pastrami was dry and was poorly made. They forgot my drink until I reminded them. Service was slow and rude. I would rather eat any fast food restaurant. Do not come here expecting good food. And it for sure is not cheap and not worth the price. Definitely avoid at all costs. read more

Horrible customer service. From the cashiers to the cooks, everyone has a nasty attitude when they are serving to PAYING customers. They get incredibly angry when they make mistakes on the food, when it was stated MULTIPLE times not to include dressing on a burger. Then they have the nerve to give attitude and slam the food when giving it back to you. It's not the customers fault that the cashier has either hearing issues or a small attention span to remember an important detail (food allergies). Also keep in mind their was literally no one in line both inside and out. Wo I would avoid going to a place like this and helping them with their business. If you end up going, hopefully you catch them on a good day! read more
