My experience was horrific however. 1st-not doublz' fault, some lady backed into my car in the drive thru (one of those ppl who has to open the door to order because the window is broke and she pulled up too far.. which is fine, the driver's side window struggle is real.. I Guess) but they got my order wrong as well. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger w/mushrooms n got a double cheeseburger with onion rings. Still calm until I went inside. When I told the mgr my order was incorrect, she gave it to the cook who, with no gloves on, took my burger apart to inspect it, then re wrapped it and asked if I wanted it back...SERIOUSLY? Today I was going to go to another place down here but they have closed their doors so I ended up here because it was close. Let me start out by saying the fries were really good and based on that and the appearance of the burger I thought I was going to really like them. The burger I ordered was the western bacon cheese burger. It looked really good and the bacon in it was very good, however the rest of it didn't live up to the look of it and the bacon. The BBQ sauce it had on it was ok but it was drowned in it. The burger patty was on the small side and because of the sauce I couldn't taste it at all. As for the onion rings it had on it they were a mess. It had three rings on it, each about 1/2 inch thick but they looked like they had been sitting around for a long time. The coating they were supposed to have on them was all but gone, they were limp and to top it off they were cold. I took them off the burger and left them. Best breakfast in town! I usually go in for the breakfast menu but I've had their burgers and fries and they are good as well. The place is kind of run down and small but I usually don't dine in, I always go through the drive thru which can sometimes be lengthy but it is worth the wait. Their breakfast burritos taste fresh and are decently sized. Their chili cheese fries portions are HUGE. I've shared the chili cheese fries with my husband and still did not eat it all. This place needs to take customer service training. I loved the food and for that I would put up with the rudeness but yesterday it was the worst! On top of the customer service being horrible the food was disgusting.. I read on a different review to check the receipt and honestly I believe I was overcharged (they don't print exactly what I'm being charged for on the receipt) I was asked to wait for my food in the parking lot and when the lady brought my food out she looked upset. It made it worse when I told her I was missing my drinks, she turned around and walked away with out saying she'll be back. I waited and she brought them out with the biggest attitude as if it was my fault. I got home and my food looked like it was left overs, fries were rock hard, onion rings had fallen apart, definitely not worth the $35 I payed for 2 meals.. ugh.. sucks because we love the fried zucchini and hot wings but this is the last time I'll ever spend my hard earned money here.. employees need to get it together and be thankful to have a job during these hard times.
