The AC does not work it was probably 85 inside they use these portable swap coolers around the hall but it only feels good if you're standing or sitting right in front of it. Once the hall started getting packed with our guest it just got miserably hot. It felt better outside than inside!!! I kept asking for the ac and they just blew me off said it was on (they were referring to the swap). My daughter actually had her day ruined because she got heat stroke and spent most of her night outside throwing up uncontrollably. I will say the security was amazing the one security guard gave my daughter a tshirt to put on because we had to quickly get her out of her dress to cool her down with loose firing cool clothing. DJ is horrible doesn't play the music requested and gets drunk of the liquor I had to pay for! Bartender for the most part was trying her best to help. The package deal where they recommend a photographer please do not use this guy as these pictures are not professional it's like someone's hobby and for all the money spent and all the horrible things that happened I can't believe we have such ugly photos. Bottom line if you want a party in anytime during the heat PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else where your guests can enjoy and be comfortable. We spent about $12k that literally went down the drain because my daughter's special day was ruined!!

She was then rude to the people behind us as well. I talked about it with a gentleman in the elevator and he said she was very rude to him as well. Leaving early at 8:15am, I was going to stop at the desk to speak with a manager, but lo and behold, she was there again. So, I didn't get to make a complaint, hopefully this gets to the correct person. Hotel was nice, however, due to the attitude, we won't be back.

Ashley, the sole server/bartender when I stay, does a fantastic job serving everyone at the restaurant, even when the place is packed; and she always has a great attitude! The chefs at the restaurant always make quality food too! Roy at security is another who brings great energy any time you see him; always upbeat and smiling. Mitchell and Tatiana at breakfast are very professional and always looking to accommodate your meal.
