Fresh made delicious food from chef Ines

Only good thing was probably the free breakfast bar, Ines the cook, made deliciously good food and it was hot, fresh and fast too! Thank you Ines for making this trip for me and my boyfriend rememberable Apart from that room didn't have stove top as promised and shower Also had past guest hair. Some good things would be the mattress was comfy and cozy but linen had holes in it.

Stayed here last wednesday, i always wanted to stay because it was eco-friendly. We had two nice employees help us Nicholas and Daenna. i believe her name was, and both were cool. I enjoyed our room nicely, not too big but it was nice. I liked the amenties like the refridge microwave etc. The best thing was the happy hour around 530. The young lady was great they had wine, beer, and some snacks. The only downfall was the loud alarm that scared us at like 3 or 4am. But we had a good time and they had hot and cold breakfast, which was a plus!!

My stay here basically suited my needs. The lobby was spacious and provided areas to relax and socialize away from my room. There's one large screen tv and couches and tables. Out by the pool there is a firepit. My room was clean, but a few things were frustrating. The shower door wouldn't stay shut. I couldn't wash the shampoo/conditioner out of my hair, so bring your own. And my microwave wasn't working day one. But they did fix it the following day. They provide a breakfast with a nice variety of food; fruit, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, yogurt bar, toast, eggs and a protein. Happy hour is 5:30-7 pm with wine, beer and appetizers. There's a gym that my coworkers used with lighter weights and treadmills, etc. Check in and out was quick and the employees were pleasant. Lastly, there are a lot of stores and food choices within just a couple miles.

Prior to booking a hotel reservation for work, I have a small list of qualifications that the hotel must meet. The hotel must be near a 24 Hour Fitness (for obvious reasons), it must have its own parking (valet-only parking is a pain), and it must have well-insulated rooms (who wants to be awakened by the sound of loud coughing and passing of gas by your next door "neighbor"). After seeing that this hotel met those requirements (and just so happens to be a product of the Westin), I quickly booked my reservation. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by guest service representative Abrienna (please forgive me for misspelling her name). Abrienna gave me a detailed rundown of the hotel's amenities, and also suggested making use of the bonfire and the "Social hour (an evening engagement that includes complimentary drinks)." When I walked into my room I was impressed by the minimalist styling of the room. The room had faux hardwood, wall shelving that held the coffee maker & kitchenware, electrically-powered shades, and a spotless restroom (unfortunately this is not a standard for all hotels). Back in my days of being a bachelor, I wish that I had a bachelor pad that mirrored the blueprint of this room! The only thing missing from this hotel is an on-site restaurant. The hotel has a kitchen that prepares a free continental breakfast, but there is no dine-in option beyond breakfast. However, all hope is not lost! The hotel is located in close proximity to a ton of restaurants and retail stores (I was able to pick up some travel essentials from the nearby Target). I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Element Palmdale. Maybe I'm a bit odd, but I appreciate this diet version of the Westin. It's like a Westin without the stuffiness and complexities that sometimes taint plush hotels. I have the Element Palmdale bookmarked for all of my future trips to the Lancaster area!

4.5 Best value, cleanest, most modern and most stylish hotel in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. It's head and shoulders above anything else in the area. Kind, friendly service and great amenities like a 24-hour coffee/tea bar, free healthy (ish) breakfast choices, craft beer happy hour, Tesla chargers. I originally gravitated toward this hotel just because of the chargers (there are so few in the area) but the hotel itself won me over. They do need to find a way to ensure non electric vehicles don't park in EV spots.

Rude front desk people I can get past but cockroaches is another thing.

To begin, the front desk person made me swipe FOUR credit cards before one went through. She was distracted and talking during 2 of them and never once accepted that it could've been an issue on their end. I even suggested that maybe the first one was locked by my bank because I was traveling. I'm typing this from the Embassy Suite across the street that checked me in within 5 mins and immediately accepted the same first credit card the Element Palmdale front desk person swore was not working. That was something I could get past. We went up to our room. As we were settling in we saw MULTIPLE cockroaches and immediately went downstairs to cancel our room. We were told to email the photos to the front desk and received no apologies or hospitality of any degree, despite it being late and having a child and two elders with me. I will not only never stay at an Element but I will tell my family in the area to steer clear from it.

First time at this hotel! It's very clean and well kept. I was downstairs in the lobby and Kenyon approached me and asked if there was anything he can help me with. He provided great hospitality and was able to help me with something I needed for our room. He helped without hesitation and provided a great experience!

Had a great experience at the Element Palmdale. I had to go for work and am so glad I stayed here. Normally I stayed at a Embassy Suites, but this will be my new go to place. Pros- Tesla charging station. You sold me at that!!! No parking fees. I now look at those type of fees when I stay at hotels prior to making my choices now. Happy hour with a great Chardonnay and Cabernet from France in a cool way of serving them! 5:30-7 M-F Breakfast free each morning. Yes, you read that correctly Not a ton of items but definitely enough to start your day. Two local brewery beers on tape that also tasted good Free cheeses and artisan bread Large screen TV that we watched the World Series Christine was great at check in. She greeted me nicely. Very courteous Fire pit outside Gym on site Small convenience store HUGE hotel rooms with couch, frig, coffee maker, sink, etc. Bed was very comfortable Great size bathroom Cons- No water bottles in the room. I would have paid for that. Too lazy to go back down so used water from the kitchen sink to have some water before bedtime.

The rooms are good, but a bit dated, they could use some new carpet and furnishings. They did put in larger TVs, which is nice. I have been unlucky with poor shower water pressure on the last few visits. The elevators are very slow. The highlight is the free, made to order breakfast. Omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffles...etc. It can't be beat. Second highlight is the bar. The bartenders, especially Brie, are great. You get a couple free drinks each night plus snacks. The snacks have gone downhill in the last few years. Food at the bar is excellent, especially the steaks. The housekeeping is excellent, as are the front desk and kitchen staff. Still my go to hotel in Palmdale.

The second stay we didn't have that particular problem, but their system was running noticeably slow and it crashed while swiping my card. The entry/lobby really does not match the typical Embassy Suites - it's clearly intended to feel much more upscale. It's a very open concept space that leads over to the bar/breakfast area. There's lots of tables and room to socialize or work (which we saw many people doing). There is a happy hour every day with some complimentary snacks and drinks. Nothing crazy but it stands out to me. Many hotels brands/chains are cutting perks and amenities like these, so it was nice to see a hotel at least trying to earn some loyalty. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a well equipped and functional bathroom. The elevators were oddly slow and the wifi was not the best. Hilton is not my preferred hotel chain, but I would stay here again for sure.

AVOID THIS HOTEL**** Work brought me to Lancaster and got to stay at this hotel for 14 nights and I must say that location is the best part of this hotel. The second best thing is how modern and new this hotel is. It was defenitly better than what I expected. Plus, there's a Starbucks right next door which is a major plus. Reasonable price for all the amenities you recieve. Rooms are super nice and spacious. Loved the full kitchen and how everything was designed/set up. Bathroom was super spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Only negative thing is they charge $10 a night for parking yet my employee's Honda got broken into and they tried stealing it with "security" patrolling the lot. Thankfully the thief couldn't start the car. No cameras apperently in parking lot either. That's really the only negative of this place.

It is modern, has a really nice gym, includes breakfast, is pet friendly, and has a pool and lounge area outside. Bad: The check in process was absolutely torture. It literally took 32 mins just to begin the check in process and I was the 4th person in line. Why? Well we arrived at 345 with checkin being at 3. The rooms were not ready and rather than have you come back, they instead asked you to stay at the counter until the room was ready. This required the employee to refresh her screen and look for a room. Again I have never waited remotely close to this long. Now this we a majorly busy weekend due to a softball tournament so they deserve a little grace. They do get extra praise as I saw the general manager working on preparing rooms. One of the elevators was broken the whole 3 days and the one working one was REALLY slow. This one ended up breaking and couldn't be called from outside the elevator. The breakfast offering was pretty good but the hotel should have better planned for such a busy weekend as they ran out of food, cups, bowls, and silverware. They had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, pre made egg sandwiches, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and of course everyone's favorite waffle maker where you pour in the batter and have to flip it over at the midway point. The coffee/tea/hot chocolate was available all day long. The couch bed when opened had some hair on the mattress cover, no sheet, no blanket, and no pillows. This required me to go downstairs to get them. Value: The price was greatly increased due to being a softball tournament for the whole state so it ended up being pretty expensive. This ended up being about 3xs the normal price. Location: Great location right off the freeway with tons of food options near by. The hotel is really clean and well taken care of. Pro tip: There is no grass so prepare for your dog to use dirt which may take some time to get used to. Overall: I like this place and would return in the future.
