Dirty pool

If you want to be disappointed and have bad service stay here. I checked in for a break with my kids only to find a closed hot tub and a dirty pool. The management would not refund my money and would not let me cancel my stay. They did not tell me about the pool situation at check in. They would not provide a number for a manager and said they would get back to me on Monday (after my weekend that began on Friday). Editing my review to show the cockroach I found in my room. Management still won't do anything for me since I booked a prepaid/no refundable room. I had no intention of cancelling.... Once I arrived to the filth and closure of amenities how can they say they can't do anything for me?

Rude and lazy employee!
Lisa B.

Stopped by thr front desk after a walk to ask for an extra towel and sheet. it was about 9pm, no one was in the lobby aside from me. There was only one worker who was sitting in the back room with her feet up, on her phone, and after I said excuse me in a nice tone she looked up at mye, eyes only head did jot love, and went back to scrolling in her phone. I said helloooo do you see me?! She just sat there on her phone. What is wrong with these people nowadays. It's like they want be home on unemployment. So entitled and lazy. If it wasn't for the fact that the front phone kept ringing she might never had gotten up, btw it was me calling which finally made her get up! Also, the hotel allows pets to stay and this room smells like one gigantic pee pad!

Laundry room
Farrah R.

All of the employees are nice, smile and say "hello" or "good morning"! Breakfast and dinner with wine and beer are included in the cost of the room, as well as a laundry room, fitness room with yoga mats and free weights, in addition to the usual treadmills and recumbent bike; heated pool, basketball net/stand, movie room with cushy leather recliners and a selection of DVDs to borrow, a library with couches to sit and read, a business center (desks with computers)... even dog biscuits at the front desk. We were impressed by this stay! We were in town for work checking in on Monday afternoon and checking out Friday morning. There was a faint pet smell in the foyer on check-in, but I didn't notice it anytime afterward.

Used heroine needle. Vomit stains
Lorena K.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had! The manager Katherine is beyond rude, and didn't care what so ever about our health or concerns. The smoke detector was covered with a shower cap, we found vomit stains, blood & a used heroine needle and all she had to say is "if you don't like it you can leave, there is no other rooms available". To top it all off she decided to lock us out of the room as we were packing to leave! She was so unprofessional and disrespectful. Didn't apologize or anything. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE!

The rooms are good, but a bit dated, they could use some new carpet and furnishings. They did put in larger TVs, which is nice. I have been unlucky with poor shower water pressure on the last few visits. The elevators are very slow. The highlight is the free, made to order breakfast. Omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffles...etc. It can't be beat. Second highlight is the bar. The bartenders, especially Brie, are great. You get a couple free drinks each night plus snacks. The snacks have gone downhill in the last few years. Food at the bar is excellent, especially the steaks. The housekeeping is excellent, as are the front desk and kitchen staff. Still my go to hotel in Palmdale.

The first…read moretime we had a lot of hassle getting the room charges getting properly paid on the correct card. The second stay we didn't have that particular problem, but their system was running noticeably slow and it crashed while swiping my card. The entry/lobby really does not match the typical Embassy Suites - it's clearly intended to feel much more upscale. It's a very open concept space that leads over to the bar/breakfast area. There's lots of tables and room to socialize or work (which we saw many people doing). There is a happy hour every day with some complimentary snacks and drinks. Nothing crazy but it stands out to me. Many hotels brands/chains are cutting perks and amenities like these, so it was nice to see a hotel at least trying to earn some loyalty. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a well equipped and functional bathroom. The elevators were oddly slow and the wifi was not the best. Hilton is not my preferred hotel chain, but I would stay here again for sure.

No reasoning with them either, they just said oh well management is charging you. AVOID THIS HOTEL**** Work brought me to Lancaster and got to stay at this hotel for 14 nights and I must say that location is the best part of this hotel. The second best thing is how modern and new this hotel is. It was defenitly better than what I expected. Plus, there's a Starbucks right next door which is a major plus. Reasonable price for all the amenities you recieve. Rooms are super nice and spacious. Loved the full kitchen and how everything was designed/set up. Bathroom was super spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Only negative thing is they charge $10 a night for parking yet my employee's Honda got broken into and they tried stealing it with "security" patrolling the lot. Thankfully the thief couldn't start the car. No cameras apperently in parking lot either. That's really the only negative of this place.

When we arrived in the room, it was a little warm, being that it was such a hot day. I wish we would have walked into a cooler room, but we quickly changed that. I noticed two minor dents in the wall and on the bathroom door corner. I immediately took pictures. Overall, the room was super clean. The mini kitchen was adorable. I have one little issue and that is the bed. The mattress where I laid was really sunken in and to me was not comfortable. It was a nice location and we felt safe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not to mention they offer complimentary HOT breakfast! Variety of drinks and snacks. Rooms are clean and staff is ready to help with anything needed. Enjoy the stay!

Staff: Everyone here was super nice. I have nothing but…read morenice thoughts about them. Quality: Good: The hotel itself is really nice. It is modern, has a really nice gym, includes breakfast, is pet friendly, and has a pool and lounge area outside. Bad: The check in process was absolutely torture. It literally took 32 mins just to begin the check in process and I was the 4th person in line. Why? Well we arrived at 345 with checkin being at 3. The rooms were not ready and rather than have you come back, they instead asked you to stay at the counter until the room was ready. This required the employee to refresh her screen and look for a room. Again I have never waited remotely close to this long. Now this we a majorly busy weekend due to a softball tournament so they deserve a little grace. They do get extra praise as I saw the general manager working on preparing rooms. One of the elevators was broken the whole 3 days and the one working one was REALLY slow. This one ended up breaking and couldn't be called from outside the elevator. The breakfast offering was pretty good but the hotel should have better planned for such a busy weekend as they ran out of food, cups, bowls, and silverware. They had coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, pre made egg sandwiches, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and of course everyone's favorite waffle maker where you pour in the batter and have to flip it over at the midway point. The coffee/tea/hot chocolate was available all day long. The couch bed when opened had some hair on the mattress cover, no sheet, no blanket, and no pillows. This required me to go downstairs to get them. Value: The price was greatly increased due to being a softball tournament for the whole state so it ended up being pretty expensive. This ended up being about 3xs the normal price. Location: Great location right off the freeway with tons of food options near by. The hotel is really clean and well taken care of. Pro tip: There is no grass so prepare for your dog to use dirt which may take some time to get used to. Overall: I like this place and would return in the future.

I handed her my id, told her my phone number and then said that an email wasn't necessary, she then said, "I don't give a shit if you give it to me or not." WOW!!!!! Ok If my mom and I hadn't have been so tired, and if the room wasn't already paid for, I would have told her off and left. She seemed to be nodding off too, drugs maybe? She was then rude to the people behind us as well. I talked about it with a gentleman in the elevator and he said she was very rude to him as well. Leaving early at 8:15am, I was going to stop at the desk to speak with a manager, but lo and behold, she was there again. So, I didn't get to make a complaint, hopefully this gets to the correct person. Hotel was nice, however, due to the attitude, we won't be back.
