Fabulous drink worth every penny. After agonizing over the incredible menu we decided to share a small wedge salad (not at all a small portion) with the most amazing bacon ever!!!! The chef traveled over 5 states according to our waiter to find the perfect apple smoked bacon. Mission accomplished. Beware, you will moan when you eat it. Perfectly aged blue cheese with Roquefort dressing, and extra of that; the salad is a divine experience. By now we were pretty happy but.... the Lobster Carbonara arrived heaped high on the plate! These are small lobster tails and a very generous portion of them! The truffle cream sauce with English peas, not overcooked, still a bright pretty green, and mountain of lobster was a moment to just stop and savor. I put that in my mouth and quit talking. I was speechless. There are no words for how delicious this entree is. We had an incredible experience. We decided to order dessert cocktails a great choice. Sorry by now I wasn't taking any more pictures. All I know is chocolate in a martini glass is an excellent choice. An experience like this does have a price tag but the pleasure is priceless.
