Customer service is awful. I gave the employee a $100 bill (I didn't have smaller bills and I…read moreprefer to use cash) for a 30 dollar purchase. She told me she didn't have large bills but I insisted on using cash., She gave me at least $20 in all $1 rather than exchanging another cash register with larger bills. Overall she was extremely rude. (I don't think she realizes she's working at a children's clothing store)I frequent this store in St. Louis and have never had rude employees. This one is 5 min from my house, if I could find a different Janie and Jack store to shop at in Cleveland, I will.

So very upset with the costumer service I won't be buying anything from them again.

This store felt like pure chaos to me the moment we walked through the door. While my local Rack…read morehas catch all racks with a plethora of items, this location was mostly that. I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

The prices aren't too crazy either. The lady that owns the place is pretty friendly and doesn't try to follow you around while you're looking. The space is jammed tight with stuff. I wouldn't bring any small children or pets. The space isn't suitable for a wheelchair or walker either. You really have to twist around to make a circuit of the room but that's part of the fun.

They've tried to create a…read morelegacy for themselves by making it so fancy and outdoors, but they're forgetting they're not in TX, AZ or CA maybe. It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

First off, walking through the store I could smell weed. And no body was that close to me so I questioned if someone was actually using a pen inside the store. They were prepping for restocking but it was a mess. No order. Employees on the isles didn't greet you, but kept their music playing loudly (loved all the profanity!). And checkout was ridiculous. I was told (after I was already ringing up items) "No self-checkout!" on the self-checkout line that was green. The same person who shouted that, was standing right there as I walked up and started ringing up my items. And I walked past a handful of employees as I made my way back to the exit only to be told when I was almost there "You can't exit that way." Cool cool cool. Poor customer service. Messy store. Avoid it.

Reclamation is a consignment shop selling home furnishings, decor, clothing, and jewelry. The store…read moreis very roomy (4,000 square ft to be exact). During my first visit, the shop had a sale that extended to the sidewalk. I stopped in after hearing about this shop's sidewalk sale on IG. Layout: The first floor of the shop is mostly dedicated to men's and women's clothing and home decor (lamps, statues, and furnishings). The basement includes nostalgic items (such as trolls and Disney memorabilia), furniture, and clothes. Be sure to pause on the stairs leading to the basement to take mirror selfies and to shop for funky mirrors. The store is really an eclectic mix of unique pieces (such as African wood carvings), vintage accent pieces (such as funky yellow faux leather chair), and modern clothing (such as dresses from Ross). It's like a flea market meets discount store. Prices: Prices are absolutely all over the place from $20 for a wicker basket to $595 for a vintage chair. Most prices didn't make sense to me in terms of condition and price. Almost all items are clearly marked with the price. I didn't make any purchases after browsing the store for a while since everything seemed pricey or not necessarily matching my style/too outdated. I didn't see any deeply discounted items during the sale. Customer Service: Customer service was pretty friendly and employees social. Although I've noticed a shadow while browsing the store which was unpleasant. Parking: Parking is available at the back of the store, parking lot is shared with nearby businesses. There are also limited number of spots available in front of the store (usually busy on weekends). Events. Check out the store's Instagram for upcoming events such as sales and clothing swaps. I would recommend this store if you want to spruce up your space with unique handmade furnishings or art. Especially when it comes to global accent needs. The store is less appealing for clothes. Most clothing is equivalent of thrift finds at a higher price point.
