I have mixed reviews, this Walmart was no different than most Walmarts as far as product availability, Everytime I come they are out of or don't carry something but an item that they were out of last time is back in stock. The checkout out is EXTREMELY LONG, they have plenty of regular lanes open with cashiers but all backed up, The self checkout is open but should be called something else as a Walmart employee rings up everything for you and only two employees are working yet they have like 10 registered per self checkout side and only one side is ever open and that line is even longer. The lines move super slow, the cashiers may be friendly and nice but move super slow so expect to wait in line forever at this Walmart

there are three kinds of WALMARTS this is the bad kind. Grossly understaffed, endless cashier lines, empty shelves, hostile deli workers. yes this one has all of your fears in one place. No workers at all after 9 PM. Do not try curbside pickup. Manager must be fired.

the employees came out to my car said the order was being reshopped (after 30 minutes of waiting), marked as complete and stole from me.

I was once very impressed with this Macy's. I was a frequent visitor years ago. Back then the store…read morewas grand, well organized, and had exceptional service. The entire shopping center and this store recently sharply declined. I was very disappointed in my last experience. SHOPPING CENTER: The shopping center contains Macy's and Target. The plaza was formerly more lively. The store has multiple entrances, and two parking lots. Surface lot parking is limited. Parking garage space is plenty. However, this parking lot is very dark day and night. It doesn't quite feel welcoming or safe. STORE/INVENTORY: The store is your typical Macy's experience with a little less dazzle. There are no seasonal decorations. The inventory is mostly in disarray. It is also very dated. I was surprised to see the styles of dresses especially. The good news is that there is a big clothing sales section. Overall, it's hard to understand the pricing of items due to signage and labeling. The inventory online doesn't reflect the in-store situation. I was looking for various pairs of shoes that were available online but not in store. Not just a single pair, multiple. SERVICE: Honestly the service is terrible in multiple ways. Beauty department has very persistent sales tactics. Even if you politely decline the perfume offers, the sales people persist. Personally, most perfume gives me headaches so I didn't appreciate the persistence and lack of understanding when this was shared. Some areas of the store completely lack service. For instance, the shoe department is completely unstaffed. You are on your own. It just seems like one area where the assistance could be valuable. Checkout is the most unfortunate customer service encounter. I approached checkout with two pairs of shoes worth over $200. I was trying to find a second shoe for the display shoe in my size. Since there was no one in the shoe area, any other departments, it was the only place to ask. There was a lot of confusion before it was sorted out that the shoe area is not staffed. I was then handed the shoe and told to go resolve it on my own and find the other shoe. There were no attempts to even pretend to look. The statement was - "we don't carry these shoes in store, we don't know about them." The sales associate kept handing me the shoe and sending me away. It was very confusing, I genuinely didn't know what I was supposed to do. Return the shoes or look again? Long story short, I went to Dillard's and had an exceptional experience. I didn't buy anything at Macy's based on this experience. I wouldn't recommend this store for positive customer experience. It was once quite pleasant but not any longer. The service is severely lacking unfortunately and needs significant improvement. There is just no customer-centric experience.

I always peeked in while going to Rising Star Coffee next door, and the store wasn't open that early (check hours before visiting). Better late than never, right?! The store is gorgeous right now - lights, nostalgic paper stars, skis, ice skates, and pristine white outfits in its windows. Treasure awaits you beyond the gorgeous winter display. AMBIANCE/INVENTORY: The store reminds me of visiting an estate sale, peeking at various corners for treasure. The store is well staged with pockets of goods. There is ample space to wander around. In terms of inventory, it is in pristine condition. Almost to the extent that you feel like you're buying something new. Forget funky smells or imperfections, you won't find them here. Prices vary but remain very reasonable. Items are quite unique - brooches, clothes, trays for entertaining, clutches, home decor, furs, art, and so much more. I really wanted to buy everything but limited myself to book ends. These book ends resembled actual books and were priced $12. That's considerably cheaper than book ends anywhere around the area at thrift stores. SERVICE: The owner of the shop is very friendly and welcoming. I loved that she chatted with me about other vintage stores even recommending a few. True community spirit. It made me love the store even more. I would recommend this store to anyone who lives in Cleveland Heights and beyond. Neighbors in Cleveland Heights groups continuously recommend this store, and I will too now. I would especially consider visiting if you plan to entertain, need a new teapot, tray, or other unique housewares. I plan to visit very soon!

I always find something interesting here. The prices are reasonable too. There is a good variety of…read moremerchandise from clothes, to jewelry, to ephemera.

I'm usually shop at the Bainbridge store which although isn't too bad it is nowhere near as nice as this store. Furniture Pickup Review: I just purchased furniture (chair) from HomeGoods. I used their hold…read moreoption. That means I purchased a chair and picked it up on another day (it's held for 72 hours). I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.
