Wayside Workshop is that rare gem that strikes the perfect balance between offering the quality and style of bespoke furniture dealers while still being approachable both in price and service. Every piece at Wayside reeks of quality (no particle board here!), and even the biggest pieces (like the awesome expanding dining room table I was digging) aren't eye-poppingly expensive. Finally, this review would be incomplete if I did not mention the space itself. Wayside Worship is located in a huge old barn(?) and is exceptionally beautiful inside. Shoppers can explore multiple (open) floors of furniture and home decor, all of which are tastefully decorated with a keen eye for detail. I have owned a business and I could tell they had their technical and customer service procedures right on point.

Two minor issues, yes, but I have had been in the hospital, was still recovering, so it was a lot for me. When I called to make the appointment for service, I advised the service department that I had a warranty covering the two damaged tires. It wasn't noted, unbeknownst to me, so when they were updating me on the length of time before completion, and cost, I realized they were charging me for the tires. I told them about the warranty and was told I should have said something about when I dropped it off. They put the blame on me, which I will take part of it, but they should be talking to service for not making note of it. I just won't be back for service.
