This seems to be more common than not nowadays with Kohl's. Employees are not helpful whatsoever, they appear to be miserable, and come across as incompetent. No wonder why they're losing market shares to Amazon. Kohl's use to be the best place to shop. Now it feels like a Ross or Marshall's on a good day and like a Walmart on a bad day. Their clothes are interchangeable from day to night and they have a great selection of gifts and jewelry, too. Thursdays are their happy hour and they have champagne! For their staff, I think it comes and goes in how they treat people. I've looked like a troll after a workout but wanted to pick up a couple of things and I was judged by the employees. I appreciate your response as the owner but I am unclear how a pair of jeans would not make the exception for a return that was 4 days over your extension. My husband was extremely excited when he thought he had found a store that he could feel comfortable in shopping for me. However this doesn't appear to be the case since shopping ahead of time doesn't work with your return policy.
