Whenever I need something for the kids' wardrobe, this is always my first stop. All the clothes are cute and in great condition, and the prices are just right (especially for something they'll only wear a few months). I've had a hard time finding shoes and boots, and the ones that are available seem a little worse for the wear, but pretty much any other clothing need is met here. Always find good deals! I shop for my baby and toddler and enjoy when I come across brand new clothing and other items with tags still on it. I tried selling my stuff for the 1st time about a month ago and felt like I got ripped off hence, that's why they are able to offer customers good prices. So I'll continue to buy but not waste my time selling. read more

Huge and they have so much! Went here about a week ago and done friends and I spent about an hour and a half here. It's huge for what it is. I spent $12 and got some good stuff! Some toddler converse $4.50 a Halloween costume on sale $2.50, pjs $3, and a t shirt $2. It was great. I wish I lived closer! read more

Don't waste your time! Prices are way too high, and their stock doesn't seem to turn over very much. Several of my friends tried to sell very nice, stylish items to them and they were all told "we have too many" or "they are out of style." There are better places out there to buy gently used clothes. We all avoid this place like the plague! read more

The store is larger since moving to Dressler Road a couple years ago. However, upon the move, I noticed that their buying prices dropped significantly. When taking my used items in, they used to give me nearly 50 cents on the dollar (meaning if they were going to sell the item for $10, they gave me $5); however, since moving, I've seen that rate drop to between 15-20%. In addition, after browsing through the clothing in the store, some of their prices are equal to what you would pay for new at Kohl's with a coupon (which are almost always available to credit card holders). In addition, I was surprised to see that some of the clothing that they had for sale appeared rather worn. While it is still better than the Goodwill, where you only get a tax write-off (if you itemize deductions), its still cash in your hand, so that's why I gave them two stars rather than one. read more

I had never been to this location before. I found the specific item, and I'm waiting in front of approximately 4-5 workers for almost 10 mins while they proceeded to talk about needing the a shift changed for plans and so forth. No one acknowledged me much less offered to help me. Until someone whispers ... The guy says " oh do you need help??" Obviously I showed irritation. Nothing was said as far as oh sorry or we didn't see you although they did. Instead, he said WELL you should've came to this register (with an attitude). Save to say I will not be coming back. I've seen customers tear this company down for overly priced items or rude employees or not enough of something but as a former employee I would just like to defend those hard working people you decide to spit on. We go to the store an hour earlier than when it opens to make it look perfect for everyone. Then we go through all your unclean dirty clothes that we kindly ask you to wash. (one time we found mouse poop..c'mon) Those children who need clothes can't wear your beaten up clothes, so no we cannot purchase everything. And what we do purchase is priced according to the brand, size, and condition the COMPUTER comes up with. Because trust me, if the employees got to choose, the prices would either be waaaay too low or waaaay too high..so be thankful for the computers. Next, we deal with you. If you think we're rude, you should hear yourselves! 3 out of 5 people I ever came into contact with was extremely rude to me! We are just trying to do our jobs and trying to make all of you happy. If you've ever worked in retail, try to think back to how those customers acted..now imagine 2 times that. It's uncanny. We try so hard to make the store pleasant and enjoyable but it's truly unnecessary to give us an attitude. There are employees here and there that do have attitudes, but we are all human and we have bad days..we deal with you, deal with us..at least we still are smiling:) Lastly, when the store closes, that's when our night began. We had to buy all the clothes that we didn't finish, tag clothes, hang clothes, put clothes out on the floor, straighten the floor, clean everything, and some nights we were there until 1AM!!! I'm only 17 and that was during the school year! Please, keep the workers in mind the next time you throw all the clothes all over the place! We try our HARDEST to be the #1 store. read more

A total waste of time. I spent a few hours packing an entire F250 truck full of kids things such as high chair, swing, car seats, toys, and at least 400 articles of clothing. I was told to wait a few hours for them to take a look at everything. I returned to a $25 offer for everything. I was told the infant clothing was "out of style" or "stained." Really? I asked for my 8 plastic bins back and took the clothing from them to donate to charity. There were more than 20 articles of clothing that still had the price tag on them (brand new). A few of them were cute little Cleveland Indians shirts that cost more than $25... I don't even think they looked at the clothes because they were all folded in the bins just like I had them. Given my experience, I doubt you will get an offer for your things that will cover the gas money to drive to this location. Again... This was a "total" waste of time. read more

i have to agree with Amanda G there is a small amount of gear and tons of clothes and shoes and small amount of books . the prices are about average and knowing i can buy many clothes for cheaper at a hand me down store closer to home i mainly go for the toys and to sell stuf if they will take it and many times that is a BIG IF read more
