A cute little gem. Small store but lots of treasures can be found. Employee was really inviting. Prices were good.

This isn't a catch-all antique shop where you're afraid that one misstep will knock an entire pile of junk from an overcrowded shelf. Rather, Reincarnation is a carefully and artistically curated near-museum of a shop. I was in awe of the floor-to-ceiling flat-file shelving unit. I seriously would have purchased it if I had space for it. I ended up leaving with some fun trinkets that I'll be gifting for Christmas: a keychain made from an Ohio license plate, a goat's milk cap magnet, and two antique chandelier crystal ornaments for the Christmas tree. According to my friend, this place is always changing (in a good way). They'll rearrange as new pieces come in. I love the setup, as I thought it highlighted the unique pieces perfectly. What a cool hidden gem in CLE.

ZOMG... Can I please live here?…read more Can I help make your vintage furniture pieces with modern twists? Can I buy everything in your shop and decorate my home? This is a one-stop-shop for everything I love about interior design. I love projects and these folks must as well, since they find amazing, unfinished, industrial pieces and mix them with soft, antique lines. It all comes together into something perfect. It took only one visit of 10 minutes to convince my boyfriend and I to make an appointment to come back and discuss custom pieces. We have a beautiful home we'd love to fill with some really unique pieces. We.are.beyond.excited. to have discovered this place. You absolutely have to check this place out.

I had such a great experience with the stove I bought from Eugene years ago, that Lorain Furniture and Appliance was the first and last place that I looked for another. It's been a year now, and I love this thing. Works perfectly. We also had some guys out to do work on a washer and dryer and had a great experience with them as well. The whole crew here is always so knowledgeable and helpful.

Sure, there were a few items that were a little pricey (like these corner book shelves that were $350/ea.), but really everything else was pretty negotiable and, well, cheap! They even had a porch swing that I'm still considering coming back for and it's only $40!! Umm, lay off it--it's mine. They also have lots of appliances, antique and new, as well as new mattresses for a pretty teeny price. I'm tempted to also go back for their bed frames, since mine is on it's way out. And for only $20-25, you really can't beat that. I'm excited to come back when they get some new antiques in, but for the time being this place is packed with interesting things. I say packed because it's literally a hodge-podge of cool stuff piled on top of each other into a maze that's almost impossible to get through. That's how you know it's going to be good. Like I mentioned before, the gents there seemed relatively open to negotiation on some of the antique furniture pieces, so don't be too shy to ask. If you can get past the pure terror of hanging out in the neighborhood, you'll definitely be rewarded with treasures for cheap.

I decided to shop around locally. When we entered, we were greeted by Tom. He was very friendly and professional. He didn't try to sell us anything over the top. We chose this behemoth. It has everything we wanted. It is a tad too big for my living room, but that's ok. I'm willing to sacrifice a little more space for comfort. Altogether, it cost me $2,700. That included couch, delivery & assembly, 5 year protection/replacement, and they hauled the old couch to the curb. My only gripe is I feel for the extra $200 they should offer to haul away the old furniture, especially since bulk pickup is only available certain days of the month, and if it's placed at the curb too early, you can get fined.

I started down the rocker recliner aisle, cause I was looking for a loveseat. I was chased down the aisle by Tom, who I didn't hear, but who worked with me, helped me, explained MUCH and told me that he'd been with this place since KronHeims and somebody else too and he was over 80 and pretty much had decades of experience. I told him what I was looking for. And I was very specific in my needs. He showed me a couple options and he was right on the money. I got it down to three choices and then down to two choices and I eventually bought a loveseat AND a rocker recliner that day and put it on my credit card. within a half hour Ellen the office manager was calling me because she wanted to verify my address. It was smudged or illegible on her original. I was still in the car and I pulled mine out and my COPY was perfectly legible. But there was no phone number listed, they never asked. If there were no phone numbers listed, how did she call ? first thing Monday morning I called Ellen at the Brook Park store outlet to talk to her about our conversation on Saturday after she called me and I said there's no phone number on the Order, how is it You got my phone number? She ah and umm'd four times during our conversation because she had no idea how anybody got my private unlisted Phone number so I called her on it and she said well. The salesmen have a tool. I want to know what the name of the tool. She didn't know the name of the tool - the office manager did not know the name of the tool? I am angry. I am upset and I'm close to canceling my order at this very moment and it's Monday Delivery eventually arrived date asked for in early January but the delivery guys would NOT take my old sofa out as i had asked for cuz there's no where to put it here. Went back to store on Wednesday, spoke with Tom, spoke with STORE Manager and asked for a repair on rocker recliner. The repair was scheduled. The repair person was exceptional --came in diagnosed. The problem said he'd be back in a few weeks when the part came in --this company is exceptional. He came back in three weeks to fix both my recliner and my loveseat because they both had the same issue and left for the day. It is now more than six months later and these two pieces are already showing where they are very extremely cheaply made pieces and I'm not exactly happy that I pay $1200 for this junk. 20 years ago I bought five pieces of furniture for under $3000 . All were oversize pieces all quality leather and there was nothing wrong with them when I gave them away. So the quality of manufacturing has gone down extremely and i surely am seeing it. And now it nine months after my purchase, I have never ever heard from any of them to check how my delivery went, to check how my furniture was, to check how my repair went to check how I liked my furniture. These brothers may be funny on TV, but they're not anywhere NEAR what KRONHEIMS USED TO DO FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHAT BASISTA DID FOR THEIRS. This junk will most likely be replace in the next year AGAIN, not keeping this for the 20 years i thought i might. Not buying from this company again. They got my money and disappeared. VERY UNHAPPY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. and they dont even LOOK AT YELP TO SEE WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY

After 4 months of trying to get assistance on the quality issue with only a few short emails back they fully ghosted me. $2000 down the tubes and their complete lack of professionalism and standing behind a subpar product is despicable. I'm not usually a…read morecomplainer, but the interactions I've had with this company were so extremely BAD, I've come to the internet to try to save other people if I can. The EXTREMELY SHORT version of our story: We ordered a Walnut table for our dining room in May of 2022. (It's the "Santa Monica Family Edition 116" x 38" with two leaves). We received an email stating there was a small delay and that we'd be getting the table in July. No problemo! Well, the table didn't come until DECEMBER. We hosted 2 big gatherings (November and December) and had been counting on having our table for them. Also, not a HUGE deal - we were able to rent tables for these events and it was fine. The problem was the communication was SO bad, that twice I started asking myself if these guys were scam artists because they were quick to charge my credit card almost $5,000 but would never answer the phone and rarely responded to emails. Once, I got a phone call which eased my mind a bit, but then they went incommunicado again and I wondered if this was all just to string me along so I wouldn't dispute the charge on my card. Their occasional email replies were full of reasons why we still didn't have our table by SEPTEMBER (We moved, people were out sick, someone quit -- which are all good excuses -- it just would have been nice if someone had reached out to ME to keep me updated.) What a horrible process this was! I received an email telling me my table had SHIPPED, and a week later I got an email asking what kind of tabletop I wanted! MADDENING. It seemed like they were deliberately trying to drive me insane. BUT: We FINALLY got the table on December 9th and it was GORGEOUS and perfect and wonderful in every way! We were so happy, that we were willing to let bygones be bygones and just chalk it all up to Covid-related supply/employee issues and move forward. speaking of moving forward: Fast forward to 4 months later, April of 2023. The table started to noticeably SAG in the middle. And the more time passed, the worse it got. (Understand that we had used the table for exactly FIVE dinner parties, where it was loaded with dishes and food. The rest of the time there was NOTHING on it. So, it's not like we were putting heavy things on it to push it down.) I DREADED having to interact with these people again, especially for something like this and, so far, the dread was well-warranted. I've sent multiple emails with photos and videos showing the ever-worsening sag, and, while I haven't been completely ghosted, I still have no solution. (I currently have 3 metal supports holding the table up, but they're hideous and are not a longterm solution for a piece of furniture that is supposed to be the highlight of our entire home... (I DID receive an offer to make us a center support leg, but because there are so many leaves, that will just create a "tenting" effect. I've offered that perhaps 2 center support legs might solve the problem, but I haven't heard anything back about that.) I'm not an expert, but I believe that this table was just poorly designed and that the weight of the wood, combined with the LONG table length and NARROW width, just can't defy the pull of gravity. (I've noticed that they no longer offer this table for sale, either. Coincidence???) Anyway, you might have better luck if you live near where they are. We are in California and dealing with them about this is basically impossible. I'm so mad! (It doesn't help that my husband said when I was ordering, "Are you sure we should order furniture from so far away?") Long story short: All the furniture I've seen from them is GORGEOUS and you might get lucky and have no issues with anything. Or, you might be like me and wake up every day thinking that ordering from them was one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life.
