Leading up the wedding, we had one more call to go over last minute details and that was it!! She knew exactly what I wanted and was kind enough to point out certain elements I had forgotten about. However, we were disappointed that despite a confirmed 11:00 a.m. setup time, they showed up nearly two hours late. When the venue contacted them, the delivery team claimed they had a drop off window and not a hard time. The delay seriously disrupted the wedding timeline--forcing rushed setup, delaying the caterer, and causing our florist to miss another event. The owner admitted the miscommunication was an internal issue and offered to send additional bodies to assist in set up. This was discussed with the venue and not the point of contact personnel provided for the day so it was not replayed as an option to other vendors. Afterwards, the owner offered us a future credit and a small reimbursement for the inconvenience. I am revising my initial review to include the accountability taken.
