We couldn't locate the shut-off at the street, and it was looking like we were about to flood our entire property (as also perhaps the entire neighborhood). One phone call had a technician at our house literally within 20 minutes. He could not have been more efficient and courteous about sourcing and fixing the problem in no time - even going so far as to shovel back a lot of the dirt that had been washed away at the site of the break. In addition to the leaks inside my walls caused by poorly connected fixtures that damaged the drywall and adjacent cabinetry, the plumber crushed and disconnected the vent to my dryer, installed the pipes outside of the walls, and in general created several obstacles for my drywall installer that simply shouldn't have been there. They also installed the emergency shut off valve immediately outside the front entrance to my house causing a trip hazard as well as an eyesore. You might get lucky with this company, but no if you have any problems with the job they do this company does not stand behind their work. You will have to pay to clean up their mess on your own dime. In my opinion, it's not worth the risk, go with literally any other company! .... After a leak detection service and the recommended repiping of our unit to resolve a slab leak, Premiere Plumbing and Leak Detection left us with new, more severe water damage than we had before. They came out and fixed their mistakes but did nothing about the damage it caused. After calling the office multiple times and finally threatening legal action the owner's son came out and promised to send a water damage repair company out. That was 2 weeks ago and mold continues to grow in my wall. I still haven't heard from the company and quite frankly I'm tired of having to call them to make them do what they promised.

Contacted Triple S Plumbing for an…read moreestimate to jet out our drain lines after having our septic tank pumped out twice in 5 weeks and a recommendation from them to get the lines jetted. I called Triple S and was quoted a price for the job at $2400. Theyask if there were any trees near the septic and I said no As I was sure I knew where the D-Box was located. They came out and started probing the ground. After a few minutes they called me and my husband and said that they had located the D-Box right behind a tree that was approximately 20 feet from the septic tank. It was a cement slab for apparently a different purpose and for them to go any further the tree would need to come out. Without digging any further they informed us that there was either a broken or crushed damaged pipe underneath the roots of the tree and it would need to be cut off repaired and that would solve our problem. I told them that i was quite sure that the Distribution Box was not in that area and that It was on the other side of the porch about 10 ft from the septic tank. Of course, what does a 87 year old women know about a Distrabution box? They were quite adamant They were quite adament that they were right. They informed us that they could not go any further until the tree was removed We had the tree removed the next day($400.00) After they left my husband continued to dig down in the hole they started. He dug down about 4 ft. NOTHING! I then ask my husband to dig in the area where i thought it was and had told Trple S. YES, it was there. He spent hours to uncover,expose and clean the start of the drain lines. The box was filled with dirt and mud. TripleS returned and was able to continue the job. It took them less than tha 90 minutes for the jetting since my husband had done all the work. Before they presented me with the bill i ask for an adjustment since we were required to have a tree removed (400.00) which proved to be total unnecessary,in addition to locating, uncovering the D-BOX and cleaning it out. He said he needed to talk to his boss. His boss said we pay for the truck and equipment. 1 ask for a itemized receipt. They don't give itemized receipts. WOW!!! I wonder why? I wrote the check for $2400.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
