He was going to leave the sewage dripping under my house without telling me, it was lucky I was watching. A few days later I ran the garbage disposal and a toilet in a different bathroom overflowed with sewage all over the floor and the bathtub and kitchen sink all filled and clogged with dirty sewage water. I called and asked the owner to send someone out and fix it, at least get it back to where it was before they came out. He said it was a coincidence and didn't have anything to do with what they did. I said it's not a coincidence,I've lived here 16 years and this never happened and suddenly it happens 2 days after you come out? No chance. I ask for the lead tech and he refuses saying the guy who came out will be familiar with the situation. So the same guy comes out and does the same damn thing- drains it not fixing anything, because apparently this time it will magically work. He tells me as he's leaving I can wait a few days and adjust the pipes under once all the sewage under my house drains again because he looked at them and that should work.You know, the thing I actually hired a plumber for. He also tells me they did cause it pushing the clog farther in without fixing it. Few days later, surprise surprise, my bathtub and kitchen sink are filled with feces etc. I call up and complain and ask him to come out and fix it. He sends somebody who does the same fricking thing and tries to charge me $200! I call him up and he says it's a coincidence, despite his own employe saying it was, and that he doesn't do sewage lines and I remind him I just had a clogged toilet that his business made ten times worse. His response? Okay, I won't charge you! But dont call again. And guess what happened a few days later? Yup sewage overflowing and in the tub and kitchen sink. Run far far away from this business. This is not an honorable man and this is not a reputable business.

His reply was, "Normally, that would be around $200 labor". He said he could have someone come over same morning. I agreed on the price and timing. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I am so accustomed to dealing with honest people that I didn't think of it. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this operation

I have never had this high of a rating (4.6) let me down before. The 2 stars is only because the gentleman who finally came out today was so courteous and professional, otherwise this would have been a 1 star for sure. About 3 weeks I had a late evening plumbing situation. As it was after hours I needed someone who offered emergency services. I should have known when the gentleman said he was on his way and gave an estimated time and then came almost an hour after the estimate to terminate this experience then. But not liking to take chances with leaking water, I allowed the gentleman to proceed further, smell of alcohol on one of the two men that showed up and all. I mean hey, it was late, may have been winding down with a beer. Gentleman said he needed to cut a hole in the wall but don't worry, I'm going to get the area where I cut at all nice and neat for you before we wrap things up (that messed he made the first night is still there). The next day I called and was asking about the 2 gentleman that came to my house, because I found it a bit odd that one had on a company shirt and the other didn't. The person who answered the next day kept mentioning the main guy that I had been told was coming. I asked, "And Chris," and the gentleman seemed thrown off. To this day I don't truly know if this company has an apprentice named Chris working for them or not. Now comes the good part, I was told my part had to be ordered and the part would come in between the 10th and the 16th. I get it, things happen, what I don't get is that premier thinks it's ok not to proactively communicate with their customers. As a call should have come in to me the early evening of the 16th at the latest. No call. On the 17th I get a call that the part was delayed. Duh! I figured that much myself when no one showed up the 10th through the 16th. I was told on the 17th that the part should be there on the 18th. The entire business day went by and I didn't hear a word from premier. I ended up calling them after I got off work at 5pm. Was then told the new expected date was that Monday. Monday came and went and again no proactive follow up. I called them again on Tuesday morning and was told they'd give me a call as soon as they heard something. Again, I understand that many companies are at the mercy of other companies. And if that company delays it can cause delays with their timeline. What I do not understand is why this company did not follow up proactively during these delays. They put way too much work on me the customer. This is NOT acceptable customer service. Finally, today they come to place the part, only to tell me after placing the part that another leak was detected. I'm bewildered by the fact that a company that specializes in leak detection and plumbing, so they say, didn't have some type of device/test that could haved detected sooner that there was a bigger problem. Because what did I really wait all this time for you all to fix? Certainly not the full problem. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. And I made my review as lengthy as my wait for this poor customer service. Now if y'all will excuse me, let me go clean this mess that Mike left in my house, promising that he was going to tidy up and created a lil window so if ever needed again the plumbing would be easy to check. Contacted Triple S Plumbing for an…read moreestimate to jet out our drain lines after having our septic tank pumped out twice in 5 weeks and a recommendation from them to get the lines jetted. I called Triple S and was quoted a price for the job at $2400. Theyask if there were any trees near the septic and I said no As I was sure I knew where the D-Box was located. They came out and started probing the ground. After a few minutes they called me and my husband and said that they had located the D-Box right behind a tree that was approximately 20 feet from the septic tank. It was a cement slab for apparently a different purpose and for them to go any further the tree would need to come out. Without digging any further they informed us that there was either a broken or crushed damaged pipe underneath the roots of the tree and it would need to be cut off repaired and that would solve our problem. I told them that i was quite sure that the Distribution Box was not in that area and that It was on the other side of the porch about 10 ft from the septic tank. Of course, what does a 87 year old women know about a Distrabution box? They were quite adamant They were quite adament that they were right. They informed us that they could not go any further until the tree was removed We had the tree removed the next day($400.00) After they left my husband continued to dig down in the hole they started. He dug down about 4 ft. NOTHING! I then ask my husband to dig in the area where i thought it was and had told Trple S. YES, it was there. He spent hours to uncover,expose and clean the start of the drain lines. The box was filled with dirt and mud. TripleS returned and was able to continue the job. It took them less than tha 90 minutes for the jetting since my husband had done all the work. Before they presented me with the bill i ask for an adjustment since we were required to have a tree removed (400.00) which proved to be total unnecessary,in addition to locating, uncovering the D-BOX and cleaning it out. He said he needed to talk to his boss. His boss said we pay for the truck and equipment. 1 ask for a itemized receipt. They don't give itemized receipts. WOW!!! I wonder why? I wrote the check for $2400.00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
