Double Good is excellent. My daughter and I participated in a fundraiser for our friends that have a child in school. He also is an avid Soccer player. This business makes fundraising so easy. The added bonus is delicious popcorn! You just need to remember if you buy the popcorn to help raise funds it doesn't come cheap. You have to give from the heart. I can guarantee you will get delicious popcorn and a variety of flavors. We got a package with three flavors. I hope you enjoy my review. Check out their website. It is easy to follow. read more

Popcorn is tasty. But the size........ if it hadn't been a fundraiser, I would have called it a scam. For $12-13 a pop the bag should have been at least twice the size. If at least the shipping was free... Nope! $9.95. Save your money! Also, I don't know how I could ask someone to buy this for a fundraiser and look them in the face after they receive it. read more

Amazing popcorn!!! Bought a variety pack (I think 10 or 12 bags-not sure because I ate them so quickly) from a friend's child's school fundraiser. The overall experience was so much better than other fundraisers I have purchased from. It was easy to purchase on-line, leave a message for my friend's daughter-wishing her well, and I received the popcorn in a week! I was a little surprised about the price because the bags of popcorn are on the smaller size but once I opened the first bag of popcorn and devoured it, I didn't care about the price at all! In fact, after eating over half the variety pack I purchased, I went on Double Good's website hoping they sold popcorn outside of fundraisers and to my surprise, they do! I immediately purchased more!! I hope others start using Double Good as a fundraiser because it is worth it! read more

For a small approx 1+ ounce bag, at over approx $11/bag is ridiculous. Even if the person gets 50% as a fund raiser. The cost is ridiculous. Oh plus shipping. read more

Customer service is beyond terrible! One of their shippers - Uniuni - is also terrible. And when you have a problem, there is no one to help you. I had to rate it 1 star, as you can't post without giving at least 1 star. Should be zero. read more

Bought popcorn through a fundraiser and it arrived stale. The ranch flavor tasted like dill pickles and vinegar and the cheddar didn't taste like cheese. The caramel wasn't too bad, so they got 2 stars for that. It wasn't cheap at $12 a bag (bags were 6oz for one the other 3 were 3oz and under)and even had to pay $8 for shipping. I know it's for an ok cause, but will not be supporting any fundraisers using Double Good. read more

"Fill my eyes with that double vision No disguise for that double vision" (Foreigner) Anyone who goes bonkers over Double Good's pricing doesn't quite understand that you aren't looking at Dollar Store, Walmart, or even supermarket popcorn prices. In realty, Double Good is a fundraising platform to support your friends and family members. It is not inexpensive, and all of the pricing is clearly stated on the website when you order. So, I kind of shake my head at the critics who feign shock and horror at their costs. Having said that, I made a purchase to support a friend's cause and bought two bags. A 4.37-ounce bag of Chi Town Chowdown was $13 and a 2.55-ounce bag of Little Kettle That Could was $12. Add in the $1.17 tax and $5.45 shipping, and my purchase totaled $31.62 for just under 7 ounces of popcorn. My friend gets a cut of the pricing for his cause. I'm not going to bitch about the price, because I clearly knew what I was getting into, and I clearly knew I was buying to support a friend. Now, as far as the product goes, we were pretty happy with them. We started off with the Kettle corn and it was great. A very tasty, sweet/salty combination with a generous 2-cup serving of 130 calories. The Chi Town is a riff on the famous Garret's of Chicago popcorn mix of caramel and cheese flavors. As can be expected, the calories are greater at 150 for a smaller serving of 1.25 cups. It was a delicious mix of sweet and savory. So, there you have it, obviously you should be an informed consumer when someone's request to support their charity with a popcorn purchase crosses your desk or phone. And be sure to balance out the price with the value of the relationship of the requester. read more

I ordered the variety pack for my niece fundraiser and decided to try the "holla peno" bag - I ate about 3/4 and stopped it was delicious but right after I noticed my mouth instantly felt weird and off so I drank some water - big mistake - the water made my mouth feel like it was on fire - ... long story short 5 days later and I have no taste buds cuts all over my mouth and throat is completely swollen - this is hands down the worst I have ever felt - - harder pain than strep - so if you read the bag the oils activate the capisitin and that can cause these issues I eat spicy food all the time - and never in my life have I had a reaction like this just wanted to share my story hope it helps another person Thanks read more

I ordered from Double Good for a fundraiser for a Lions International club. FedEx delivered it, had a picture of it sitting on our porch, but 10 minutes later, no box. They mainly sell through organizations for "Donations" If you are looking for extremely overpriced popcorn, $9-$12 a bag (keep in mind these are 3oz bags) you found your place. Shipping is always late, check out the BBB complaints. For the exorbinant prices you are paying, check the ingredients!! I ordered 4 bags of popcorn from a family member for a fundraiser. It totaled $59.66, with $8.95 being shipping. The popcorn itself is good/flavorful, but the bags are so small! For the amount I paid, I was expecting much larger bags. The bags are about half the size of a regular box of spaghetti for reference. There's also no way shipping was that much for bags that weigh next to nothing. Postage is based on weight. Although it tastes good, it feels more like a rip off. I plan to let the business owner who used them for fundraising know so she can choose something else next year. Fundraisers shouldn't be so expensive. read more

Very disappointing, will never order it again. My husband bought some for a friend's kid's fundraiser on 2/4/26. It was 3 bags for $33 and $7 shipping to Hawaii. After he purchased it, the shipping increased to $18. Tax was $2.40 so the total was $53.40. He canceled it online through an AI chat, it said "submission confirmed." He didn't get a cancellation email and later got a 2/11 email to advise that the order was shipped. He did the AI chat again and he got an email, they didn't get the first cancellation request and it was already shipped. The popcorn arrived on 2/24, took almost 2 weeks to ship to Hawaii. It tasted alright but don't like the fact that the shipping charge changed after we placed the order and the first cancellation request didn't go through. read more

I ordered 3 bags of kettle corn. By the time they charged shipping, it was close to $50. 3 tiny bags of popcorn in a tiny box absolutely blew my mind, but I was thinking, for the price, I bet this popcorn is going to be awesome. It tastes just like Skinny Pop, meaning it has zero flavor. A good kettle corn has brown bits all over it. That's the good stuff. This popcorn is perfectly white, just like it came off the stove. Thank goodness it's for a good cause, but next time I'll just give a donation. read more

I learned about Double Good Popcorn through a coworker some years. My coworkers kid was selling popcorn as a fundraiser for her high school choir. At the time Double Good had a Popcorn flavor called waddle you do for cookies. It was there best flavor. I bought a couple of bags the the first year and a couple of jars the second year. When my coworkers kid graduated from high school. I tried to order the Popcorn flavor directly from the company. Unfortunately for me they stopped making Waddle you do for cookies. I have periodically checked to make purchases. However, they have permanently discontinued making that flavor. I think they should restart the production of that flavor. The flavors they've offered over the years have not compared and are not as good. I stopped purchasing from them until they bring back that flavor. read more

The only reason I bought this was otherwise I would look like a bad parent not contributing to my stepdaughter's fundraiser. I spent over $48 on three bags of popcorn that are less than half the size of a normal bag from the grocery store. That includes the insane shipping fee they charge instead of letting the kids deliver. And it's not anything special in taste either. This is exploitation and I will not contribute if they use this company again. Not worth it, 1/5 stars do not recommend. read more

When a dear friend alerted me to the Alpha's fundraiser, I did not hesitate. I'm all about supporting efforts to provide educational scholarships for our youth. The link was easy to navigate. The selections are plentiful. And while I know the price is high, it means that 50% of what I spend is going directly to the Alpha's for their scholarship fundraiser. As quick as it was to order, the delivery of fresh popcorn was well received. The ten different flavors came nicely packaged in a sturdy box and I shared it with family and friends. I enjoyed the Butter Believe It! I also tasted the Sergeant Salt & Pepper which was alright. The Little Kettle That Could was pretty good too with a hint of sweetness and saltiness together. My friends devoured the Chi Town Chow Down, In Queso Fire, and Holla Peno. The remaining flavors are sitting patiently as we eat them in moderation with much exercise LOL You'll see the other reviews suggesting that this popcorn is not healthy. I am not suggesting it's okay to eat this popcorn often. Knowing what I know now, I may consider supporting other Alpha fundraisers and skip this popcorn next time. read more

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a long time! I order 2 tiny, tiny bags at the cost of $10 or more!!! They send me the wrong flavor. I submit claim after claim after claim. After the first claim, the information states there is no need to return the popcorn. The response I get from the company is for me to send a picture of the front and back of the incorrect popcorn. Well, I threw away the wrong flavor after the first claim was submitted!! This process started on 10/08/25 and the issue has not been fixed! After researching this company, there are many complaints filed against this company on BBB. read more

There's a shipping fee usually when I order but the product comes in a speedy delivery. Well boxed and popcorn is always fresh . The flavors and names are great and fun. I always get white cheddar which I ate too fast to take a picture of and in Queso fire and holla peno are my favorites . My niece had a fundraiser for dance. I purchased 3 bags of popcorn from her, through Double Good. I paid for the 3 bags, + shipping. Spending about 50.00 total. The popcorn was delivered to someone in the next town over, one month later. The person who it was delivered to brought it straight to me. Anyhow I am handed this tiny box. I assumed that Double Good sent one bag of popcorn. To my surprise there were 3 TINY bags on popcorn in this very small box. So, these bags of popcorn are 3.14 oz, white cheddar, 1.41 oz, butter believe it, carameldiem 6.12 oz. Single serving, snack size bags. Excuse me?? I PAID 50.00 for these 3 bags of popcorn???? Total rip off. This company is ripping off their customers. Take my advice do NOT purchase popcorn from this company. You want good popcorn support the Boy Scouts and purchase their popcorn in the fall. Way better value per bag. Bigger bags and cost effective for sure. NEVER AGAIN DOUBLE GOOD! Scammers. read more

I haven't even received the popcorn yet, and I've already spent nearly $50 (with shipping and handling) for a $33 purchase of three tiny bags of popcorn. Also, I noted that only half of that $33 goes to funding the student's school or other cause. So I have spent nearly $50 to get her credited with about $17. This is so much worse even than the fundraising greeting cards, magazines, and wrapping paper from the old days. At least you got a little value for your money. I would never do it if I didn't value my friendship with her family so much. It is seriously a rip-off. read more

The biggest scam ever! I chose to participate in a church fundraiser which I also purchased products and sold them as well. I should have done my research prior to participating. The popcorn is good. I'm disappointed with my recent order. While the top half of the bag was fine, the bottom quarter of the bag was nothing but tiny, shattered pieces of popped corn. My child participated in a fundraiser with Double Good. She did not receive credit from all of her supporters. When I reached out to the company I was told the supporter made their purchase through the consumer website and my child would not receive credit for the purchases. I didn't even know they had a consumer website, I thought it was strictly for fundraising. Our supporters clicked the link we were given but were somehow misdirected to the consumer website. I have been going back and forth with customer service for days about this. The company is trying to keep the fundraising funds for a profit. I thought this was a reputable non profit organization but it appears to be a scam. The company should know no one is buying this expensive popcorn just because! They are purchasing to support a fundraiser. We will never participate in a Double Good fundraiser again. read more

Wow, what a ripoff! My friends daughter had a Double Good popcorn fundraiser for her school choir. Because it's 100% virtual, there's "no paperwork to fill out, cash to collect or product to distribute". That's certainly convenient. The website brags that 50% of the proceeds go to the cause. Unimpressed, I tried to make a direct donation which is worse. Donating directly still means only 50% would go to the cause and I wouldn't even get popcorn so off to the virtual pop-up store I go. PRICE - 0 stars The popcorn has cute names like "Sweetie You Salty" with "smooth caramel and sea salt" ($12) and "White Cheddar Go Getter" ($10). UPS shipping is mandatory so 2 bags cost $28. Assuming they were large, I planned to take the popcorn to my job to share. Ha! SIZE - 0 stars The popcorn arrived on time but I was shocked that the 6.10 ounce bags were slightly larger than my hand! TASTE - 3.5 stars "White Cheddar" tastes no different than the $3 bag available in the grocery store. But "Sweetie You Salty" is deliciously addictive. I hear it's reminiscent of Garrett's in Chicago, you can taste the (artificially flavored) butter! INGREDIENTS - 2 stars Double Good is not organic and it's not non-GMO. The first ingredient in Sweetie is brown sugar. With ingredients like corn syrup solids, soy lecithin & canola oil, the trendy name and fancier packaging aren't worth the $12 price point, especially not for a tiny bag. Whoever green-lighted this fundraiser must own stock in the company. Unless you're rich, Double Good is Double BAD. Never again! read more

Anytime I write a review, I do make it a point to read other reviews as well. I have seen many negative reviews, but in my opinion the popcorn is a delicious product. The price is high, higher than I'd like to pay often, but when purchased thru charity, I can indulge in from time to time. Mt coworker supports charities and purchased a box, and brought it work (New Jersey). It was delicious ! So I looked up the company and purchased and was pleasantly surprised to read their mission statement." I bought a 3 bag pack, and it was great. Improvements: A but more popcorn in the bag for the price would probably close out a lot of the negative reviews. Carity or not a bit more popcorn would make it more bang for the buck. Would I purchase again: Yes, in moderation. 40 bucks for 3 bags isn't a value, so maybe an annual purchase for a good cause like girl scout cookies. The popcorn is delicious, and in today's world, nothing is good for you. In business, organic doesn't necessarily mean "Websters definition of organic" but more the business worlds minimum requirement to be legally allowed to use organic on packaging. (I have a minor in business marketing) so I won't blame the company for my choice to eat an unhealthy snack annually it's ok to partake, again, in mederation. 3.5 stars for taste and cause .5 stars for fiduciaries looking to save a buck and have a full bag packed to the top of popcorn. I'll purchase again in time. Good product double good read more

the popcorn is good, but the fundraiser was a rip off, i paid $150 for 12 bags, expecting full size bags of popcorn, and when they arrived they where the small gas station sized bags. If i had went to Jewel and spent $150 on popcorn id have popcorn for a month, this will be gone in a week. I know the price of popcorn kernels, there like 5 cents of kernels in these bags sure the flavoring costs but really? This isn't really a fundraiser, it is a company selling popcorn and charging double for their normal product, the company isn't charitable at ALL. Also the flavor variety kind of sucks, there's 4/5 varieties of caramel almost half of the flavors are sweet, and then you get some plain ass flavors like salt and pepper and butter. I'm glad to help out the school that i supported, but i would have just donated $150 to them rather then have this scammy company be the middle man in a crappy popcorn scheme. read more
