I found my notes from earlier in the year and started re-reading about this site…read more Then I went online and perused several reviews. It bothers me when a business is made to look bad because of a select few negative reviews. I'll bet for every bad lashing this place takes, a hundred people drive away satisfied and don't take the time to report it. We were driving through town and decided to stop before hitting the highway. Never been here before but recall seeing the name the day before. The drinks and treats were definitely worth stopping and the customer service was exceptional. I'm sure things go sideways on occasion, but if possible, come back a few times to see if it's typical or a fluke. Based on our stop in NE, we will definitely stop at one of their sister stores in another city.

Really poor experience. After a long day driving, we chose this place because it had ok reviews and…read morewas close to our hotel. Alas- it was one of the worst eating experiences on our 2 week road trip. Biggest problem- only one server for the entire place and she had to do it all except for actually running the grill. She did try, but could not keep up with a full house on a Friday night for dinner. Took her 10 minutes just to bring menus, and at least a half hour to get food to us. When food was brought out we had an item missing- a shake that was never made or brought to the table even 45 minutes after ordering it. The Philly cheese steak was cold and had clearly been made and stood for some time before being brought out. The BLT was cold, as was the chilli. The chicken on the chicken salad had also clearly sat for quite a while before being delivered to the table. Another big problem was cleanliness. The floor was dirty. The room had flies buzzing around. At one point the server dropped a tray of coffee mugs and clearly broke several. She didn't sweep them up. A few minutes later, a busser came out from the back and kicked a broken piece of cup along the floor. He just left it there rather than picking it up. It was still there in the middle of the floor when we left. They did remove the shake that never came and the 2 items that were cold and not eaten from the bill. I think the server was doing her best but only so much one person can do.
