I found my notes from earlier in the year and started re-reading about this site. Then I went online and perused several reviews. It bothers me when a business is made to look bad because of a select few negative reviews. I'll bet for every bad lashing this place takes, a hundred people drive away satisfied and don't take the time to report it. We were driving through town and decided to stop before hitting the highway. Never been here before but recall seeing the name the day before. The drinks and treats were definitely worth stopping and the customer service was exceptional. I'm sure things go sideways on occasion, but if possible, come back a few times to see if it's typical or a fluke. Based on our stop in NE, we will definitely stop at one of their sister stores in another city. read more

Fast stop off the freeway! Fast in and out as well. Friendly service, great menu. Our order was a breakfast burrito and everything bagel egg and sausage along with an oat latte and hot chocolate. There is seating inside and very clean bathrooms. Thanks for the great spot. read more

I walked in and waited 10 mins without even a hello . They proceeded to help all the people coming thru the drive through. I would highly recommend not coming here or maybe going through drive thru because apparently they do not care at all about the dine in customers. read more

The service was great and drinks came out fast. But neither drink was correct. They added a flavor we didn't ask for to one of them and they forgot the cream in the other drink. They taste off and not good. Don't think I'll be stopping here again. read more

They don't do ice coffee... only cold brew. Just brew done coffee and cool it with ice. The hot coffee is so hot I had to wait 15 min to drink it. Before I even ordered, I asked them if their coffee was strong they said yes. it's not. The coffee is one step above water. read more

We found this place by accident but were so pleasantly surprised! They had an amazing potato, egg, and cheese burrito! The blueberry muffin was to die for! They were super busy but the food was hot, and delicious! The front desk clerk wasn't talkative or personable but honestly he was probably overwhelmed by being super busy. If I have any advice it is, staff a few more people! Otherwise, we'll definitely be back here! read more

Coffee is okay. I've had better. But decent. If you drink coffee and know coffee there are a difference in coffee quality (just like there's a difference in water). If you really need coffee it would suffice. But i wouldn't go out of my way for it. I ordered a large, they gave me a medium. They messed up my order. I had to go back, they weren't friendly or professional. Their lobby is closed due to COVID. Only drive through. They are rude and complain they can't hear you. But it's their system that sucks. The manager says she's training and they're all new is why they were rude and messed up on the drink. They did remake my drink. And even the remake one is okay not wow. Went through the drive thru this morning looking for a nice coffee and breakfast burrito. I've heard great things about scooters so I was excited and I'm visiting lake Mac for the weekend so I drove into town for this. The gal taking my order could not be more rude, acting like my order was an inconvenience and too much to ask for, sighing and having attitude. When I got my food she handed me the bag "here's ALL your burritos" in a very rude tone and then the second bag was pictured below, food not even wrapped or put together nicely. The maple sandwich didn't even have a waffle on the other side. The burritos were mediocre at best. I've had way better coffee. $34 of crappy service and food and drink. I'm not happy. Scared to even drink or eat the food thinking the gal spit in my food because of her unkindness. Costumer service was terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

So happy I came here! Jaime was the person who helped us out and she was absolutely wonderful! Very personable and ready to help as soon as we walked in. And a big plus was they had apple pay. Very clean up to date lobby. And to top it off as soon as I payed for my order the two young girls were very quick and made my food in like 2-3 minutes. So it was hot and ready for me. My smoothie was bomb .com. My bacon and egg sandwich was literally to die for as it hit the spot as soon as I ate it. Super fast, surprised by all the breakfast options they had, they warmed up our cinnamon bun and we got smoothies and breakfast sandwiches.

Food good. Staff nice. But seriously unorganized. Very long wait Time and staff don't seem to know what item goes with what order. Are they fulfilled in right order? They should take names or give a number or not what they have already given. read more

I just want to say I think I've had the best experience in a fast food slash coffee chain ever. No nobody really cares about how my day was going but I was running on basically 3 hours of sleep and was stressed about tests and other things that were coming up and I wanted to go get a coffee so I can make it through the night of studying and doing homework and I realized I had forgotten my card mid order and I had asked them to cancel instead of just agreeing and being kind they said that it was on them now I don't know if scooters that took the bill or if the person taking my order did but that made my day. I can also say out of the many times I have gone to scooters that they are always always nice. read more

I live in California where coffee shops are a dime-a-dozen (one on every corner). I didn't expect much from Scooters when I arrived, but pleasantly surprised by the menu selection. Not overly complicated, but decent variety. I visited this location 3 days in a row and all 3 of my drinks were delicious! The lobby was pretty empty all 3 times, but the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. There is plenty of seating available and would be a great place to work from your computer for a few hours. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Scooters! read more

I ordered a medium iced caramelicious and the barista asked if I wanted to add an extra shot. I said of course (really didn't need it in hindsight) and the drink was delicious! Might have even been a little too sweet even with the extra shot. My father enjoyed his pina colada smoothie and everything bagel breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon roll was very good. I definitely recommend getting it warmed up! Service was fast and friendly and I am overall very satisfied with this pit stop while stuck in Ogallala. read more

Stopped here for our am coffee fix and got the Ciabatta breakfast biscuit with spicy sausage and egg which was "one of the best I've had", the carmelicious "frappe" was comparable to Starbucks, and the dark roast and americano were just okay, nothing to rave about.... americano was weak. However, the barista was above and beyond friendly and sweet, moving it from 3 to 4 stars-- even running our breakfast sandwich out to us in our car when we walked out and forgot it!!! read more
