I saw a couple of friends playing cards together and eating sandwiches. They had lovely lemonades to drink as well as fountain beverages. When we got the meat back there were roasts packaged in white butcher paper and labeled as pork roast. I called Kelly's and asked about how I was to tell what I assumed were roasts or hams apart, since they were not labeled, and was told that surely I could tell what a cured ham looked like and all I had to do was look for a smoke ring. Every plastic package of what looks to us like a cured bone in ham has turned out to be pork roast. Looks like either we did not get any cured ham, or they did a very poor job of curing.
