After letting them come to room temperature, just a little salt, pepper and olive oil it was off to the BBQ. After a little sizzle and char it was time to set the table.... Let me just say this Yelp should have "smell" app. I love the fact that they are a small ranch, corn fed and no other hormones added I'm pleased that they have their own onsite USDA federal inspection processing facility.
