And why do the shelves have to be restocked at 2:00 in the afternoon two days before Thanksgiving?? Between all the restocking, the personal shoppers and customers, the aisles were packed!!! Why can't the restocking take place in the evening??

My mom asked for a paper bag for the ice cream, but the cashier put the ice cream (2) in a grocery bag, along with the yogurt and cut up watermelon. It was rather heavy. Then when we wanted cash back, we pushed the "other" button and asked for $65.00. We were then told that we could only get up to $50.00. There is nothing on the machine that says that. We then did it again for $50.00. The cashier then handed us a $50.00 dollar bill. We then asked for 2 20's and a 10. The cashier said "You didn't say that". She didn't ask!!!! She was rather rude and had an attitude!!

Had to go this morning, the isles were full of carts. I'm sorry I take up a bit of space to get around your rude guy who was stocking the lunch meat cooler. How about stocking at night so all the space from the carts doesn't interfere with moving around. Better yet, hire more civil personnel and ship these rude people to Walmart. While we're at it, you charge enough for groceries, I think you can hire better people.

When we got the meat back there were roasts packaged in white butcher paper and labeled as pork roast. And what looked like cured hams were packaged in vacuum sealed plastic packages but were not labeled. I called Kelly's and asked about how I was to tell what I assumed were roasts or hams apart, since they were not labeled, and was told that surely I could tell what a cured ham looked like and all I had to do was look for a smoke ring. Every plastic package of what looks to us like a cured bone in ham has turned out to be pork roast. Looks like either we did not get any cured ham, or they did a very poor job of curing. Very disappointed and hungry for ham.
