They carry premium brand dog and cat foods (we use Blue Buffalo which they stock) and they have supplies for aquatic pets as well as reptiles. (They also sell birds and reptiles.) We needed superworms for our bearded dragon, and the ones they sold were all alive and active, and good sized. If they don't have what you need in stock, they are more than happy to order it for you.

They carry a wide…read moreselection of pet products from harnesses, toys, treats, to a variety of dog foods, clothes and blankets, and grooming products. They even have an in-house bakery. If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Just love this place! Everything you need for your furry friends is here with exceptional staff, who are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This place is extremely unprofessional and need to work on customer service. I took my cat to get…read moregroomed for the first time and I drove all the way from the town over with her at 8am. When I got there they took her in and started to get her ready and has me fill me go ahead and fill out all the paper work . Then after all of that they proceed to inform me that she cannot get groomed because we didn't have up to date vaccines. I let them know over the phone it would be our first time going to a grooming place and they still did not inform me that I would need the vaccines. I was not aware that updated vaccines would be required and they neglected to inform me till I was already there.

The store at Hamilton Place is a pitiful place for the animals. Two of the dogs are too big for…read morethe kennels and one is "kennel crazy" -- bouncing from one side to another. The store is full of toys but these dogs don't have ANYTHING in their kennels to play with. Several of the dogs are in desperate need of bath and grooming. The 4 mo. Golden Retriever has been in kennel for TWO months. Asking price is now $1,495 down from $1,895. I can't imagine who would pay this amount from a pet store. What happens to the dogs if they're not adopted or get too big for the small kennels? Pitiful situation.
