We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!! We love her and she is our last groomer ever.

This can obviously stress out the cats. Also, when I drop my cat off they leave her on the ground right in the waiting area. One time I asked how my cat did and the owner said she was a b**ch. I mean, stuff like that you don't say to your customers and that's very unprofessional. Even if my cat was mean, it could have been said in a different way. Also, when I said I felt uneasy, it's because I felt like thy were mean to my cat. Anyways, I am sooo very happy and relieved to not go back to this place anymore. (I wasn't going to anyway.)
