I mean, stuff like that you don't say to your customers and that's very unprofessional. Even if my cat was mean, it could have been said in a different way. Also, when I said I felt uneasy, it's because I felt like thy were mean to my cat. Anyways, I am sooo very happy and relieved to not go back to this place anymore. (I wasn't going to anyway.)
