The ladies were very sweet and kind. My appointment was for 1pm and when I asked approximately how long it would take she said she was finishing her lunch and would do her best to be done in 45 minutes to an hour. I told her that would be perfect as I had an errand or two to run anyway. Exactly 44 minutes after one o'clock I received a text saying my pup was ready. I picked her up and she looked and smelled great! I had booked her as a "medium" dog, but was told she was considered a "small" dog, so the charge was less. This kind of honesty is what will keep me coming back and driving from another town instead of using a groomer in my own home town that has shown they do not value their clients at all.

We explained to Lisa about his past and even explained that we had been asked to not bring him back by other groomers due to his aggression and how we like his hair to be cut and she agreed to do him. She spent way longer then she had to to make sure he was as relaxed as possible and did the best job we've seen yet. We are so excited that she will come to our house to take care of him. Her rates are very fair given the time she spends and the job she does. If you have a fur-baby that needs any type of service you have to give her a call!!
